Although I am generally a completionist, I totally understand the Promo strategy and don't really feel the need to go and get all of the promos for this game. Having said that, I just signed up for a PACG Subscription starting with WOTR AP2. I tried to find a list of WOTR promos and whether I'd be getting previous ones.
I have the notice that I'm getting the Sweet Dragon Costume with my AP2 shipment. Are there other Promos that I won't be getting because I started my sub with AP2? Just wondering and not too worried if I won't be getting them.
You missed temptation of the big die and chuffy lickwound. They came with the character add on deck.
Rexx, sounds to me like you just want a reason to quit. You're really going to say that because you don't get a discount and promo cards because you buy from your store makes you feel like quitting? As a new subscriber myself I can say that by the time the package gets to me I have paid just as much as you do at your store. But I like the game and the company enough to want to buy directly from them. The promos are just an added bonus. If you feel so strongly about your local store do what people have suggested and buy the base deck and all your accessories there. There are plenty of ways to support both. But your feeling like a second hand customer has more to do about you than it has to dobwith paizo or there business model.
