So, in a large city, any item that costs 8000 gp or less has a flat 75% percent chance to be available, and additionally, 4d4 minor items, 3d4 medium items and 2d4 major items, all of those costing more than 8000 gp. I don't understand. Could you quote 16 minor items that cost more than 8000 gp ?I noticed that (almost) all minor items cost less than 8000 gp, so you should always reroll, to infinity... no ?
