A prospector from Rahadoum, Omar was enslaved in payment of his debts following a failed expedition in search of tin deposits, and was sold to the Chelish fighting pits in Kharijite. There he found secret solace in the faith of Irori, and eventually escaped with the aid of an undercover Eagle Knight.
Arriving newly freed and penniless in Andoran, Omar joined a logging crew in Darkmoon Vale, but quickly became disillusioned with the corrupt corporate bureaucracy of the Lumber Consortium, seeing little difference between indenture and slavery. Now an agent of the Pathfinder Society, he seeks to use his skills and experience to aid the downtrodden without self-righteousness or a political agenda. After the mindless brutality of the fighting pits, he looks to the Society for order and purpose.
