He nodded affirmatively at Muroi and with the compass on one hand he pointed towards their desired direction. " Unable to control his laughter he shifted his position to make it less obvious. Pleased that he received his share from the reward, and that there will probably be more spoils to come he urged the others to have their meal but before leaving the room he checked the ties of the bandit and gave his late answer to Ekan: "Gagging him would be a conscious solution and I hope he won't give us any troubles if he know what's good for him." ![]()

![]() Odo smiles at Ekan's comment: "Oh, it can solve it alright" He throws the coin in the air allowing it to swing, then while falling down Odo cached it quickly holding it in his fist for a second or two, then throwing it again, this time more easily in the sorcerer's direction. "We're doing what?!" He turns to Oleg and gives a fake smile: "If you'll excuse us, my friend does not appreciate the value of helping a person in need." He approached Muroi and tried to lower his voice enough so that Oleg won't be able to hear. "Good thinking, let the man's coffers get full again, THEN bring the prized reward." He takes another look at Oleg then continues."But, still, isn't he going to be attacked in the meantime? I suspect the other bandits are not going to just stand idle and not ponder about their lost brethren." ![]()

I think Lilith is not going to get killed today.Though I would not go outside just yet, the other one seams to be laughing madly." He moves away from the window and closer to the source of the music. ![]() Odo sights and moves closer to the interogated bandit. "Terri, please stop. I know he is a bandit scum but killing him right now will not solve anything. " Odo said trying to put himself in the prisoner's position,for some reason it was easier then expected. He then looks at Ekan and gives another sigh before continuing. "But given the current circumstances I'm inclined to believe we can't leave him here. As for that thing you are holding Muroi, I would not even want to touch that ." ![]()

![]() Odo enters the room after staying outside thinking of things to come. He didn't dislike the reward but last time was really close and now Terri was almost burnt to a chrisp. He enters the room at first with his head down then seeing Terri's new look he says:"Oh, now you have less things to worry about at the next encounter with the bandits. Be more careful next time, ok?" He moves next to Muroi and whispers to him: How much you think we'll get on these weapons? You know, I've though... as long as the leader remains these bandits will always be a threat, what we did here was just postponing their actions. ![]()

![]() Odo takes a deep breath and goes into the tall grass, moving swiftly up till the bandit that was sleeping, and glancing at the man that was trying to escape. He was in a very dangerous position but somehow he felt at ease with all the vegetation around him.

![]() Seeing as one of the bandits has escaped the entanglement he slowly moves his summoning target from the center of the court a bit lower, a move that cost him more time but he hoped that by doing that his ravens would have a better chance or better motivation to go after the running bandit. He guessed that if one of them might run to their hideout , there might be a price on their heads later on. Summoning ravens at 16F if it is alright with the DM. ![]()

![]() Half asleep and not in the mood for the battle that will begin in a couple of hours, Odo washes his eyes then returns to the guest room. For him that is the perfect place, not too far away to only be a spectator and not too close to be the first victim. He hoped that their plan would work and that the bandits would either run away empty handed or will die in a quick death. "Well, I'm ready. "I might get them to avoid using their horses, or at least slow them down considerably. Leave that part to me, you guys should worry on how to get as many of them down to their graves. After a time he approaches Muroi again and says to him: "Ahh, listen, I didn't mean to sound rude, it's just, that... Up until now I didn't share a lot of things with others, especially money, and with Terri's story I lost my head. He moves his mount away once again feeling embarrassed, riding side by side with Nazdip. Something about him made him feel like home. He then glanced at Ekan and was happy to be riding with a bard at times like this. ![]()

![]() Odo receives the money counts them once or twice and puts the purse of gold quickly under his shirt; then after thanking the lord he heads to the stable. Arriving there he saw that it was more crowded then he was expecting. He sights while seeing all the good ponies being picked up, and regrets not coming sooner or not selecting a spell to talk to animals for that day. He goes to the end of the stable where he saw a pony half asleep. Not sure of what to do , Odo picked it and named it Drowsy. Since ridding kits and combat trained ponies are so popular I'm going to also get one. ![]()

![]() With his leg still hurting Odo lifts his sickle in the air and tries to attack the dog that wounded him, however halfway through he was hit by remorse. ![]() Seeing that he was little or of no use at all in this battle, Odo decides to take a gamble. The dog's wounds were way over his power, at the best he can only stabilize it for now. However he can do something for the halfling wounded in the darkness. He would need a clear path for that but time was of the essence, he would have to take the risk, he takes a big breath and tries to move swiftly bypassing his enemies. He uses his healing to cure some of Terri's wounds.

If only he would have put more trust into the dog's words, if only the dog would have said that there are accompanying the angry dogs. he moves slowly, careful not to get into the fire or to get to close to the enemies and launches an icicle at the enemy halfling. He looked at the animal standing before him and put his head on it's forehead gently moving his hand through it's fur. He whispered some words to himself, then tried his luck on the wolf. What are the others saying? How many are approaching? If nothing, it would provide him with some entertainment but he would hate to lose part of his power just before the battle for a cat. ![]() Odo gathers what he can from the table. He is going to need all the power he can muster, and probably even over to survive the night. With his belly full, he crawls to the granary checking if he can use his manacles to bind the door shut from the inside while using his rope to climb up and down from a higher point in the granary, he hoped that the construction had some kind of window or a crack where he could slide through. He also though of using the stacks of grain as a good cozy bed, until the night would come. ![]()

![]() Let's hope you are right. I have no wish to get slaughtered by bandits well, not for a meal at least. Odo said smiling as he thought about the irony. At least three of the people who offered to protect the town from bandits have engaged in similar activities. Maybe the bandits would have some treasure at them, maybe the other halfling was wrong and help would be going to arrive from Restov and they may not even have to fight at all. That would have surely disappoint some of the others but at least they get all get a free meal out of this. ![]()

They surely did a better job convincing the peasants to get the defenses ready even if all the defenses were just a couple of halflings around a fire. May I? He was not used being around so many new people. I can't say I will bring anything special, but if you choose to have me at your humble table you will not be regretting it. ![]() Odo arrived in the town not knowing what to make of it, all the people were restless, afraid for their lives, their crops and their children. He had seen similar images in his life but nothing quite as desperate as this. He knew he wasn't much of a fighter, and would stand no chance against a band of bandits, however he wanted to help or at least buy some time till help arrived. Maybe he could disorientate the bandits somehow. There were a couple of haflings in the town looking more prepared for battle than the villagers but he doubted they were more than some travelers caught at the wrong place at the wrong time. He breathed deeply and thought how quiet his life was just a couple of days ago, he hated what he was about to do, and yet he saw that he had no other choice in the middle of the anarchy before him, he spoke in a loud growling voice: Everybody calm dawn!
