Barely able to keep up with the proceedings, it all too unfamiliar to a man such as himself - Niv gathers himself as the masked man comes to the prisoner's aid. He watches in awe at the turmoil created shortly after the bandit's arrival and with Bosch's call, a rush of adrenaline kicks in. Seconds become minutes - actions become a linked order in a chain, either well spent or spent too late. Niveus quickly discerns where Bosch is located, as the broad man paving his way through the crowd is a sight easily seen by perceptive eyes. "Maybe my companions know this man, though if so - I wish they had indulged me as to what was going to happen this day." The druid quickly rushes towards the stage, twirling his left hand in a circular motion as he strides. A barely visible green window of some kind is barely seen flickering in the circular area orbited by his left hand, and he punches his right hand through it - forcefully dragging it out again; releasing the energy close to Blackjack and the prisoner. Niveus extends his hand in greeting to those that favor that custom, nodding and smiling all the while. As Bosch mentions the king-slayer, Niveus takes a moment to study the woman. "I do not know what kind of a man the King might have been, nor if you are the one responsible for his death - but if Bosch vouches for you, that's good enough for me. Perhaps we should discuss what we do next?" Niv turns toward Typhon. "It seemed as if you felt like we where in trouble?"

Just did some research concerning the Shillelagh spell. It seems it is a lot more potent than I thought: It deals damage as if it were two size categories larger (a Small club or quarterstaff so transmuted deals 1d8 points of damage, a Medium 2d6, and a Large 3d6), +1 for its enhancement bonus That means that the damage rolls should not have been 1d8 +2, but rather 2d6+3 (+2 strength +1 enhancement) - correct? If so, here's the new damage roll (if allowed to replace it, and if this is correct - I will be sure to not make the same mistake again). Damage Roll: 2d6 + 3 ⇒ (1, 3) + 3 = 7 It also lists the Melee Attack at +6 (+7 when I had guidance) - but I can't figure this part out. It lists my attack bonus at +2, my BAB at +4 - so how does that make it +6? If my Druid class give me +2, my strength another +2 and my Shillelagh +1, where is the last point from? Sorry if my unfamiliarity with the game system is this horrid, I'm still quite new to everything.

As Niv's eyes catch hold of the rats found by Typhon, he glances back to the maze on the table - then the tools. Unsheathing his Club, he grips it firmer than before. Concerning marching/group formation (not sure what you've all decided upon before) - Niveus will gladly take the middle or follow a few feet behind Bosch. He is used to travelling by his lonesome, thus in a party he would gladly take a more defensive position - allowing himself to properly prepare before wading into combat.

Perhaps this is in fact Glasthane, though I can't allow myself the luxury to trust blindly in others. That event with the Korvosan druids didn't exactly go too well.. Sense Motive: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6 Though his gut tells him otherwise, Niv decides to give the man before him the benefit of the doubt. Seeing Bosch sheathe his blade and their hound look healthy calms his stern demeanor. Niv proceeds to sheathe his club and places his hand on his chest, after gracing Trey with a small smirk, and takes a short bow. "Apologies, my good man - I fear that my impetuous nature caught the better of me. Nature be praised that we did not come to blows. My name is Niveus Baryn - Druid of the Green." He extends his hand in greeting, but quickly notices the half-elf's motion to keep a sturdy course - and instead takes a few steps forward. "Perhaps this is not the place nor the time for pleasantries, I am at your disposal and have been sent by a mutual friend of ours. Lead on and by Nature's will; I shall follow."

Niv allows himself a slight sigh of relief as he makes his way inside the mausoleum. Finally, a true task set forth in Nature's name.
The sound of battle greets him ever so faintly, and he readies himself as quickly as he can. Perhaps the adventurers have already met their doom within, I need to make haste - perhaps it is not too late. He focuses for a moment, his left hand resting on his chest - before his hand glows with a bright brownish color. His skin takes heed to the touch, turning dark wooden brown. Niv proceeds to grab his everburning torch from his backpack, unsheathes his darkwood club from it's sheath and rushes towards the sound as fast as he can. Mechanics:
Cast Barkskin, self. Round 1/300 Upon reaching the Ossuary; four towering pillars, piles of skeletal remains and multiple humanoid figures greet his eyes. "By Nature herself, hold fast or face her wrath! I seek Glasthane, and by my honor I shall find him whether you stand down or not!" The druid stands solid in his ground, the torch held high in his left hand; both as guard and guidance. He wears a suit of deep brown leaf armor, probably Ironwood from the looks of it, matching his gloves and boots. A cloak of deep green, the color oak leafs appear to have deep within heavy forests, hangs securely on his back with a darkwood shield strapped over it. The grip on his club tightens, as his face hardens even further. His stance easily reveals combat experience, as it is both practiced and executed with honed skill.
