Nikor leaves quietly.

Congrates to the selected. Good show. I could tell my character wasn't the best fit for this. Maybe should have tried a ranger.

Nikor looks at Ingle saying "Ah, well... I have seen only a few of your mother's kin, all slender for their height. And if you are to go into the wilds believe when I say I'll be the least unnerving sight you will behold." Nikor grins again glad of a friendly talk. Hearing Kargrath hopeful words, Nikor says " May that be true Mister Lightbringer but father also said Brevoy is a land with too many shadows in the day, it may be they wish goals accomplished without blame falling on them." Nikor's shoulders slump. "Oh never mind I am just bothered by these closed in walls, how do people breathe here?" Brightening he says "All people have their strengths, all here are good at something useful, I've seen the small folk lift weight equal to five or more of them. No we must see in action how we bear our burdens and one's of force will be but the easiest to bear."

Nikor follows the toast clusily as if never having done that before.

The doors close, the entry of the lords should be soon, why do I feel like I have been taken by a trapper?

Nikor looks wary as the doors close then his gaze sweeps the others that remain. He says

"So a dozen to choose from but how many do they wish? Four humans, same of the smaller folk, two stone men, an elf, and myself unless i have overlooked someone. I do not know what to make of this."

He settles down into a chair uncomfortably as though he has never been in one before.

I should make friends here but how? We are so different.

He smiles shyly causing a servitor to flinch and scurry off.

Nikor takes the hand of Kragarth saying "I don't know how father arranged this or even if he did. I saw the man father told me to and he gave me a paper and sent me here; I suspect the Swordlords want to look me over as much as I am here to see what their purposes are. but I assure you my intentions are honorable."
Nikor looks toward Kragarth as though he sees a light through a dark path. "If you have any knowledge of the customs or desires of the powers of this land, I would be grateful for any guidance."

Nikor takes Gathien's hand. "I am Nikor Igorov. Thank you for your welcome and may the spirits bless you and yours."

Nikor looks around at Rorgrym's words to see what is happening.

Nikor withdraws his hand dejectedly and sighs "Does anyone else bear the tragic burden of unfocused anger? I mean no harm to any here."
Nikor sets down his drink and looks around warily.

"Now it is I that must ask for pardon. No I am not from Brevoy. I am Nikor Igorov up from the swamps to the south. Growing up in such a small place I forget that not everyone knows me.
I greet you Mister Lightbringer and Mister Galahad."
Nikor looks slightly wide eyed as the size of the crowd in this room hits home.
"Looks like a large warband gathering here, anyone know how many the Swordlords wish to bring south?"
Nikor looks nervous then resolute. Looking at Kragath and Jonas, Nikor says "It is simple. Strength and will are what matters. The spirits help or not as they see fit."

His eyes fall on the servents passing around beverages and one young lass sees the look and nervously brings him a cup of wine. Surprised Nikor takes it, and says formally.
"Thank you, I am Nikor Son of Igor the Exile and Grishna of the Snakeskin Clan."
The lass looks terrified, squeeks and runs off. Nikor puzzled says "I don't understand. Was she trying to court me or not?" He takes a drink and looks again shocked at the unfamilier taste of wine.
"hmm this is good" Nikor resumes his intent looking around obviously taking it all in determinedly but with an air of uncertainty.

Thanks Ingle good to be here.

Nikor grins and says "
No pardon needed of course. But not all are sure that the plans of the Swordlords or even Brevoy are to their benefit. That is why I am here and it is reasonable for someone to want to know if they can count on a future ally. With rumors running wild and the spirits scared and angry these are trying times. " His grin fades and his youth is obvious as he looks unsettled.

First post on paizo boards ever!

May have some problems with my posts if so please point them out with needed corrections

Can post daily and I live in the Central Time Zone USA. Currently CDT/UTC-05

Is there anyway I can copy a charsheet in this profile with out manually typing it in?

I tried to copy and paste and the results were not good.

My characters build is based on the Order of the Viper build by D20 radios character concept workshop

http://www.d20radio.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=128&t=6708

DM if you find the Concept or build too cheesy Please let me know

Q and A:
1. Why are you interested in working with the Swordlords of Brevoy?
My father says they are honorable and can be trusted to do what they say. And there interest and ours may be intertwined.

2. What is your motivation to reclaim the Stolen Lands?
Hooktongue Slough is my home your interests and mine are linked. My parents want me to see your intentions clearly and this is best done by joining. Also the signs and omens are warning of trouble in all our lands.
(move them if this is a plot problem.)
3. What will your character contribute to the group?
Front line melee fighter grappling foes later druid casting magic (support/buffs mostly). In the kingdom time he will likely be a Royal assassin but could fill High Priest, Marshal, Warden, or General roles.

4. What are your plans for your character mechanically?
The build for seven levels is given in the website above 1 level monk then druid all the way.

5. What are your plans for your character from a story-perspective?
At first he is a message from my parents snake shamen leaders [Father is human. mother an orc. they are married] in a small area of Hooktongue Slough who are looking for allies and so appears the Sworldlords are as well. Sending first born tests the honor and wisdom of the SWordlords and strongly says let's talk we can make a deal. After he comes into his own he has been taught strength(power) is what matters most because without it you can do nothing. he will look for challenges and ways to grow himself and any that can win his friendship.

A large light green skined half orc with light clothing made of what appears to be snake and alligators skins enters. He looks around taking in everything.

He looks at Peregrine Fetch, and says in oddly cultured common, Wise indeed Mr. Fetch. My parents would most agree. So this group appears most unusual, Less humans than I thought there would be.
