Like antiplague, this substance can augment certain healing spells.
Neutralize Poison (M): Add +2 on your caster level check to neutralize poison on a target creature. Antitoxin has no effect when you cast the spell on an object.

Background

”So, you have decided to go,” said the elder priestess, her words echoing in the dim light of the cave. ”Yes,” said N’Neka. Nantambu was not that many days away from the village and the sacred caverns in which she had received her training. ”You will make an excellent student there, but do not forget what I have taught you. Keep the goddess within you.”
”I shall, and remember always that justice springs from the earth,” said N’Neka. ”And other things, my child. Other, fouler things. The passages in the earth lead to other worlds, and what issues from them is not always friendly,” said the priestess, and a chill wind seemed to appear from some unseen passageway far beyond them. ”I shall be ready, O Grandmother,” said N’Neka. ”I think you will be, my child. You have the capacity to be a protector of the earth the likes of which Gbuni, Nantambu, and Mwangi has not seen in some time. Be safe. Keep the keys to the earth in your heart.” With nothing left to say, a tear forming in each eye, N’Neka embraced her teacher and left for Nantambu.
