Possessions: holy symbol, spell component pouch, light crossbow, 20 bolts, chainmail, heavy steel shield, heavy mace, traveler's outfit, backpack, belt pouch, waterskin, 3 gp.
Appearance: With the dust of the road still on his clothes, his untrimmed beard frames an otherwise shaved head. The key-shaped holy symbol of Abadar hangs from his belt on a chain. He usually clutches this in moments of anxiety.
Background: Though his family was wealthy, his life had been a meaningless string of parties and orgies, till he woke from a drug-hazed hangover and found faith, when he escaped the angry husband of his mistress.
Personality: Having abandoned his old life, he now tries to live in accordance with the teaching of Adabar. And he is calm, he brooks no slander to the name of Abadar. He views criminals as heretics and infidels who deserve to be punished.
Reason for being in Sandpoint: to witness the coming dedication of the new church of Sandpoint, which has been described as the "symbolic end to the healing [process] and a return to normality."
