Here is Phntm888's submission. I ended up going in a completely different direction, because this character spoke to me more than any of my other ideas. Morvan Fellis is a Warpriest of Moloch, who will be focused on tripping, disarming, and striking really hard with a whip. I may also delve into grappling later on, if I get Greater Whip Mastery.

Questions to be answered:

  • 1. Morvan is in Longacre because he was sent here to scout for signs of the Glorious Reclamation, and because his friend Vendrin asked him to work with a family contact on something.
  • 2. Vendrin Delgar, a scion of a minor noble family who helped Morvan not fail out of school.
  • 3. Morvan secretly hopes to show his father that, despite becoming neither a priest of Asmodeus nor a barrister, he is not a disappointment.

Okay, had a little more time than I thought I would. Here is Phntm888's submission, Morvan Fellis Hellknight of the Order of the Chain. Hopefully, most of your questions are answered in the backstory. I need to finish his equipment, but shopping always seems to be the longest thing for me.

While I've never played a solo game before, I have thought about it, and considered that it's a great way to really get into your character. It also has other challenges, as you can't rely on your other party members to cover any gaps in your abilities - Morvan, for instance, is going to have some issues when it comes to dealing with magic and spellcasters. It means you have to play smarter, and try to make sure you have friendly NPCs you can rely on to cover some of your areas of lack. I think a solo game also makes investing in cross-class skills worth it, as you don't necessarily have another party member who can handle making the check.

I think that sounds good to me for how to move through this area. If we encounter any enemies, however, Morvan will not cast light until we decide if we want to sneak by or if we want to fight them. Fighting will break the invisibility sphere.

I don't want to delay for too long waiting for Ten, and with Kannath having a stranglehold on the Blades' actions, we won't be able to get their support. We need to free Vespartius as soon as we can."

It could also cause trouble with the Technic League, which could make their task more challenging. That morning, he told the squad, "We will give Ten one more day to arrive and make contact. After that, we will press on to our destination."
