It's not as I could cast Reincarnation, I don't have the materials for it. I was actually praying to Gozreh to perhaps provide some oils for us for me to cast Reincarnation now instead of having to travel back to town.

Mort gets up again after his moments of silence and packs up his things.
"Seems we will have to get back to town before I can perform my magic on Petyr. I had hoped Gozreh might take pity on someone so strongly connected to nature as Petyr was, so as to bless us with the meager provisions to bring him back. Alas, I figure my voice is too small in the greater things of nature."

Mort walks over all of Petyr's belongings and kneels in front of the altar, then begins murmuring and whispering a plea to Gozreh in the Druidic language.

"Oh mighty Gozreh, hear the plea of one of your followers in a world of artificial life. One of your truest followers has fallen at the claws of otherworldly life. He had found peace and the truest meaning to live life in harmony with nature, to make good of the bounties you provide us with. Hear me now oh Gozreh, please give us the means to bring this true follower of nature back to this world, I ask you this not for ourselves, but for him and the natural enclave he maintained."

Mort then remains quiet as he thinks about the oils of the earth and natural oils from plants that he might need.

He sits still like this for about 5 minutes before tracing a symbol of a leaf over his chest and getting up.

Mort frowns a bit at Seven's question and then replies: "Mostly the kind of oils people get balmed with, scented oils for baptisement or ritualistic oils used in religious rituals. It is more about the cleansing of the body, spirit and soul. In this case cleansing the soul and spirit and reforming a new body."

Mort scratches his head. "I think that's about as clear as I can explain it."

I would need the right oils and ointments to perform that ritual. Alas I've forgotten to purchase any of that the last time we've visited a town. It may be best if I purchase at least twice the portion, you know just in case..."

Mort moves closer a bit while flying, and casts a spell on the area where he saw one of the lightning bolts come from.

Casting Shadow Conjuration, turning it into Glitterdust.
Will Save DC 19 to Disbelief. Will save DC 19 to be Blinded. If disbelieved, 20% chance to actually be blinded. Not sure if the sparkles also have a 20% chance to work or not, but let's say they do. So hopefully one of them is now covered in sparkling shadow.

Mort casts Bear's Endurance on everyone but Isuma, Bull's Strength on Jarreck and himself and also Cat's Grace on himself. Than Mort changes into a large air elemental to provide aerial support.
That's all my level 2 spells used up except for 1 Blindness from my domain.

Also the Poison and Fungal Infestation switched to Bull's Strength and Cat's Grace.

Strength 16, Dex 22, Con 20 Fort 12, Ref 9, Will 12 HP 98/98

Mort floats after Jarreck and reports to Seven in Auran.

Mort has darkvision and is large atm
