Does anyone happen to have the maps for the Sandpoint Garrison by chance?

Hey does anyone have Russel Akred's drawings that he made for Rise of the Runelords?

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Concerning Karzoug's design, one thing has had me curious for quite a while, is he supposed to have two pony tails? I'm sure there has been one picture of him with his back to the audience where he has two, though I could be wrong.

Yup posted it on the wrong forum

Is the rod supposed to have a single persons intellect within it or several apprentice's collective intellect?

The written text seems to imply multiple minds inside the rod.

Lamatar Bayden also has one more spell slot which is not used, he should be able to prepare one more 2nd level spell, since 14-15 wisdom gives him one more slot for first- and second level spells.

Thanks, the general pool of charges does make more sense

Staves come with 10 charges. Does this mean 10 charges that are divided between the spells of the staff or 10 charges for spells that have a certain charge cost?

For example:

Staff of Abjuration

Dispel magic (1 charge)
Resist energy (1 charge)
Shield (1 charge)
Dismissal (2 charges)
Lesser globe of invulnerability (2 charges)
Repulsion (3 charges)

Does this mean that Dispel Magic would drain one charge, leaving you with 9 charges to use or does it mean the staff has one Dispel Magic spell charge that has to be recharged when used due to there being only one charge?

Around what level would the deceased Pathfinders of Delvehaven be if they were still alive?

I Would assume they are around the same character levels as Ilnerik

Spoiler:
(rouge 7/bard 3/ Pathfinder Chronicler 3)

Considering that the Amber Privateers were practically considered local heroes in their time, if I am not mistaken.

Am I correct if I assume that you intended Melaphinia Nymmis to be Calseinica's mother and thereby the wife of Kalder Nymmis?

Sounds about right, what better animal than humanity's best friend and one of the greater achievements of humanity.

I have been trying to figure out what were the sacred color and animal for Aroden.

What I have been able to find were some details about how different countries paid homage to gold and green, with Cheliax using black and gold and Taldor going with blue, green and gold.

Based on this I assume the sacred colors were gold and green.

This still leaves the question of the sacred animal, anyone got any ideas?

I have been looking for information on Redwing, mentioned in the AP to be/have been a pathfinder. He's most famous for the book Eidolon, I know there are some spells listed as "Redwing's spells" in the dungeoneering player companion book (I think) and possibly a quote in some othe booklet, other than that I haven't been able to find much information on the guy.

Anyone where there could some small bit of info on him? Mostly asking out of my own curiosity and for possible fluff to give the players when they reach that part of the AP.

I have been wondering on this one for a while:

When Karzoug dies and he explodes in a flash of light, does his gear and equipment go with him?

There seem to be a few missing words in your question... are you asking is EVERY Shoanti a member of one of the quahs? If so, then no. Most are, but not all are.

Oh sorry, I was asking int the sense that are the quahs more akin to nations with tribes or are the quahs the tribes themselves.

Checked the Rise of the Runelords Anniversary book. Karzoug started his reign at age 77 add to that 466 years of reign and we get 543 years of life By the time of the Earthfall, give or take ten thousand years of stasis.

Been wondering just how old was Karzoug at the time of Thassilons fall. He was around 90 years old when he became Runelord if my memory serves me correctly.

My estimate would atleast a century or two.

Bonus question:
How long did he rule as Runelord of Greed exactly?

From my understanding the Rakshasas (with the exception of Rakshasa Immortals) always reincarnate when they die, unless the method of death somehow takes them out of the cycle of reincarnation. Do they ever get judged by Pharasma (as in reincarnation being their judgement)? If they don't then what methods are there to end their cycle of returning?

Any ideas?

James Jacobs to the rescue, thank you!

Anyone have any idea how you're supposed to pronounce Orik's surname?

We had quite a laugh when I ran the session where he made his first appearance, especially when I and the rest of the party tried to figure this one out. So I thought it would be nice to know.

Thanks that helps.

Anybody have any idea on how old the Drovenge patriarch might be?
