One obvious change should be that the universalist doesn't get any bonus spells. That would give the specialist a bit more of an edge.

Now that combat feats are not limited to use of one at a time, is it possible to do a rapid shot and a Manyshot together? Both alter a full attack action and seem to be usable at the same time, with Manyshot adding an arrow to the first attack and Rapid adding an attack at the end of the sequence.
