Goose continues his height of 50', in line with the drones, using his force soles. Seeing Diniel taken and hearing the pleas from Neon and Charli, Goose focuses his effort on the green drone.

"I'm on Green! Let's save Diniel!"

I have 80 foot range on the laser and I used my force soles to move up. Also, drone was flat footed. Reposted that my to hit was 25, nor 21. Still miss?

Goose actually has both Physical Science and Mysticism. I took them at 1st level with Skill Synergy. Gave me two additional skills that filled in those missing holes. :D

Goose takes in the rapid instructions from the team and the remaining townsfolk. Battles are chaotic, but this one takes the cake!

Just before firing, Goose looks for the salvo from the town to see if the mech goes down. If not, he fires one last shot before retreating.

Goose will have to be content with the damage inflicted on the big mechanized terror. There are too many enemies pressing in on the team and the town to worry about a seemingly unstoppable behemoth. Taking a retreating stance and moving back, Goose focuses on the hag that had the audacity to shoot at him (or is it us, with multiple clones?).

GM Aerondor - some clarifying questions:

1. The grenade microbots give harrying fire and off-target. With UNCANNY AGILITY (EX) 7TH LEVEL, I am immune to the flat-footed condition, and your opponent doesn’t gain any bonuses to attack rolls against you from flanking you or attacking you when you’re prone. Furthermore, covering fire and harrying fire don’t provide any advantage against you.

Am I unaffected then, with the exception of the damage?

2. Can we or should we attack the siege engine? What is the distance from us if we were to attack it directly? Can I trick attack it?

Goose adds a bit to the ongoing convincing of the governor.

"Right. To add further, we found drychens that had been augmented with a mindlink circlet that was allowing something to communicate with and control the creatures. This is highly unusual since this by itself wouldn’t function on non-sentient creatures." begins the operative as he shows the governor the hardware found in the creatures after subduing them. He supplements it with his database on Life Sciences and Xenobiology, explaining the nuances and the issues.

"In addition, this is not Akiton. I should know. I lived there for decades. Here is Akiton now." offers Goose as he scrolls through some updated video footage of modern-day Akiton. He includes some selfies and family shots of his upbringing on the planet and his time as a freighter pilot.

"Furthermore, you are not on a planet, per se. This is something else entirely." explains Goose. He splices together video footage of their approach, their entry and finally their entry into this vault."[/b] Goose shows the governor a quick video montage.

"We know you are all real. We know you have been attacked by some entity, this Vault Lord. We are not discounting this at all. We just want to help you understand where you are and how we can help you."

I was a salvage pilot before joining the Starfinder Society. And it is Akiton, not this semblance of it. Doesn't even smell right." offers Goose as his whiskers twitch violently.

Goose nods at Ivok's suggestion and then realizes he can't be seen currently. Projecting his thoughts, he continues the mental conversation, "Agreed Ivok. It takes conditioning, and a lot of it, to get these people to behave the way they are. I believe we are protected for now since we have only been subjected to the cursory sensations. I'm curious what they've done to Nelli, since she hasn't been here for terribly long. But that can wait. Let's go discuss things with the Governor."

Goose wraps up in the cantina and makes his way to the Governor's office with the rest of the team.

"Oh, one last thought. How are we handling this? Are we going to present evidence and try to convince him of what's going on or are we going to continue our ploy of a mercenary team working for this place?" offers Goose before they make it to the office.

The idol is available in a chronicle cert, just not with this character :( I elected to remove the magic item and will use a promotional reroll for this to get my second roll. Let me know if that works. Otherwise I will ask another team member to work on it.

Goose continues to fiddle with the holodevice, trying to coax anything of value out of the device for the mission. Once that is done, he updates the team and moves on to the VR parlor.

At the VR parlor, Goose will look around for anything suspicious before trying out the system itself. Before venturing in, the operative does a bit of diagnostic work to ensure it won't fry his brain or turn him into a puppet. "You sure this is safe?"

Goose engages with Quina as Quirk heads into the hydroponics facility.

"Hoi Quina. I am a bit peckish. Would you care to escort me to the cantina? My treat." offers the ysoki.

"It's been a long day and me and my team are just trying to get the lay of the land. I would very much appreciate a guide." continues Goose, trying to be disarming.

"Any idea on what to expect? The garrison is in quite the flurry of activity. Oh, and where are all the other ysoki? Are they all confined here to the encampment?"

Goose continues to ask more information as permitted by Quina, although continuing to be tentative and not direct. Are the ysoki free to come and go? Who is the enemy expected later? What else goes on in the camp? Is there a resistance?

Goose also looks for telltale electronics such as inhibitors or slave collars or something like that. He has several kits in his possession that could scan with, pulling them out and cleaning them while talking.

Goose moves along quietly with the group. Not much for smalltalk when on a mission, the operative tries to blend in and observer all.

Focusing on the Vesk, Goose almost misses the catlike person with a sniper rifle perched on a small plateau.

He quietly whispers on the comms, "We have company. Other than the vesks. A sniper on the plateau.". He gives the coordinates on his datapad to point out the sniper.

Goose is caught off guard as the beast launches after Charli, ignoring the taunts and bloodied nose given to him by the fiesty ysoki. He almost forgets to stab at it as it departs.

Goose maintains his altitude and takes decides on a stupidly dangerous task. Ivok is nearing his limit and needs a reprieve, so this will have to do.

The quixotic ysoki moves right up into the snout of the great beast and blasts it square on. While doing so, Goose begins to taunt it in several different languages, including sign language.

Trick attack at +37 (+26 skill, +1 to trick attack, take 10). Anything up to CR 17 is tricked for the attack. Also, GREEN is FF to everyone in the party until my next turn (if I hit). Goose designates this enemy prior to moving, so no AoO.

Question - I have both melee and ranged capabilities. Did Green provoke an AoO from me? It looks like he should based on flying 30' straight up.
