Awww. I was so excited. :(

Sorry, out of town trip this last weekend and was unable to post. Blergh.

Mogda sighs heavily.

"Look, what'dya want from me? I can't imagine th' High Priests wantin' anythin' to do with me after what happened. Are ye here to rub th' shame back in my face?"

Mogda stands and blinks at his old symbol, confounded by the situation. He never thought his past would come back to find him at all, let alone here and now.

"Er, um... Marasa, ain't it? Sorry, dun got time for ye. Put all that behind me. 'Tis good to see ye aga'n, certainly, but I'm sorry."

Mogda looks down at the floor, embarassed, and attempts to walk past the fellow dwarf.

Dwarf King Relationship:
1d6 ⇒ 6
1d6 ⇒ 5

Prince of Shadows Relationship:
1d6 ⇒ 3

Mogda was a well-respected priest within the dwarven community of Forge. However, as he amassed his riches, Mogda became consumed with greed. He found that gambling was an easy way to satisfy his desires, but he knew it was forbidden by his enclave. He kept his addiction a secret for over a year, until another priest discovered what Modga had been doing. He was excommunicated and, feeling ashamed, left Forge entirely.

Over the next few years, Mogda slowly became accustomed to living the vagabond life. Life outdoors was much different than within the great halls of Forge, but Mogda slowly grew to enjoy the freedom he now possessed. He now travels from town to town, learning new things and meeting new people, and still occasionally indulging in a little gambling when he can...

Mogda heard the Golden Serpent was one of the nicer inns in the city. He also heard it was a great place for interested individuals to earn a fair profit as well. Nervous of getting too caught up in his gambling addiction again, Mogda cautiously approached some of the card-dealing tables around the bar. He eyed some of the gems offered as currency, which was all he needed to suck him back in.

He's spent a couple of days in the city now, but is looking forward to heading out again some point soon. Fortunately, the Serpent provides some of the best ale he's had since he left his old home. And his fellow gamblers seem well enough, but he's certain they don't necessarily have his best interests in mind. But that's okay, because he's certain he'll walk out in a few days time with a fair share of their gold and gems.

Gotcha! Yeah, that was what I was going for. I'll change it to Gem Hoarder.
