Mo'butu listened intently to the discussion between the dwarf and the group about the happenings back at the temple. The druid knew he was of little help in this scenario, and as his mind began to wander--why would the Pathfinder have dine that to the dwarf? It didn't make any sense to him.

Wow Ceer, I hadn't even considered that combo. That would be some uber reach with Corvus from the Enlarge spell. And Entangle is really spiffy. Not sleep good, but really good...

Mo'butu couldn't help himself. He inspected the spear that Ku'Ada had identified. "Mind if I hold it," he asked the collected group. It was amazingly finely crafted, that was for sure, he decided after waving it around for a bit.

AFter a few moments, he approached Corvus. "One of us could probably put this to the best use. If you want it, you may certinaly have it."

Either me or Corvus would be the best for it, I think. Not sure if Corvus wants to give up the greatsword or not...you want the spear, please take it.

Also, fun fact, I believe, 3rd level is the level I can put another point of intelligence to Bwenge, so she doesn't have to respond only to commands now. She is Int 3, not smart, but capable of understanding common and helping on her own. Huzzah!

I am having some trouble viewing the map. Mobutu and Bwenge will advance when Corvus does, giving the monster more targets to have to deal with.

Mo'butu and Bwenge advanced wtih the group down the path Dardin described to them. They check the rooms between them and their target, even though they were informed the rooms had been looted of any possible valuables.

"Hold up a second. Let's think of this like Corvus suggested...can Dardin give us a map of the room? Maybe there is more than one entrance, so we might get a round or two of surprise in? Listening to the conversation, Mo'butu pulls out the wand they had bought at the camp. "If we are facing that large a monster, we need to get you at top shape," he tells Corvus, who is still obviously injured from the earlier fight. He uses the wand twice on the warrior, healing her a bit more.

Corvus, please roll your add'l hp from two charges of the wand. If you are still beat up, let me know and we can burn another charge or two.

After healing the barbarian, Mo'butu pulls his club that he carried around for emergency purposes. "Here,' he says, handing the weapon to Dardin, "in case something else finds you before we do."

"You can stay here until we eliminate that creature, but I'd feel better if you gained a little strength first, like Ceer said," affirmed Mo'butu, looking in his backpack to find the scrolls they procured from the camp. Finding the correct one, he read the mystic writings, and the dwarf glowed blue for a split second, as some of his sapped strength was returned to him.

Using one of the Lesser Restoration scrolls. Away from my book, so I have forgotten how many CON points he will recover. Mike, would you mind rolling that for him? Thanks.

The temple darkened as they strode further in. Mo'Butu spoke a quick word and his shield lit up with a bright light. Light cast on shield "Can everyone see?" he asked the group.

I am fine with you doing what you think is best as concerns the droupouts, Mike. If we are down to five, we might want to get another player in, assuming we want to stick with six.

And for the record, we got some phat magic lewt now! hooray! I say give rheed the dust of trcklessness and pot. of invisibility for sneaking excellence, and the ranged guy should take all the arrows. That's just my thinking, though.

Seeing that Corvus was still suffering from the wounds taken earlier, Mo'butu pulls out the wand they had procured earlier, and spoke the divine words to activate same. The wand glowed blue as it touched the barbarian.

Corvus, you can go ahead and roll for your regained hit points. Let me know if you need another charge.

I think the druid, the panther and the barbarian should go next, in some combination. Since Corvus is kinda beat up, le the druid and panther go in front of Corvus right now.

In the surprise round, I grab a scroll as in my previous post. Assuming that has been done, then I will cast the same.

Reading from the parchment procured from his satchel, Mobutu casts and his right hand begins to blaze. He takes a step forward and hurls a ball of fire at the assassin vine. "Stay Bwenge," he also commands his panther friend, not wanting her to get caught by the evil plant.
