The laws of humans do not concern me. She has left my jungle with her tail between her legs and that is enough for me. If we want to pursue her, I am fine with that as long as we do not stray too long from our main goal of finding the remaining crystals and stopping the evil infestation of the jungle.

Mik will make his way over to Jask. I seem to have been poisoned from the rotten assassin's blades. Do you, by chance, have anything to spare that might lessen the effects? I think the poison is finished attacking my system but the residual affects are still lingering. Do not take from those that need it more as the jungle is harse and many may be suffering.

When Mik returns and notices a snoring duo of Griff and Francis, he will grab a jug of wine and a few cups, plopping down near Cain. Thank you for assisting in the revenge on Goro. I'm sure he would be proud of our efforts. Will you stay and assist our cause? I, for one, am seeking to bring balance back to the jungle and stop the intrusion that threatens its existance. We have discovered various gems from some of the spires and believe we need the remainder to track down the source of evil that has infected the jungle. You have proved valuable in a fight and I would be honored to call you comrade. Think long and hard before deciding as I feel we have barely scratched the surface of the infection. If Cain wishes, Mik will continue to chat. If Cain seems lost in thought, Mik will seek out the company of Kieyanna to learn more of her elven and human heritage before retiring for the night.

Does the green color look familiar to anything we have seen in the ancient city? I believe there is a lot of green stuff here, even discounting the jungle, but trying to match the color to anything local. More trying to figure out if this was a recent development since Ivo arrived here or if this happened some time ago, in a land far, far away.

Aloha, Bennie. Sorely missed, indeed. Welcome back and hope your trip was exciting, pleasant and memorable. I hope you are so worn out from travelling that it takes a full week to recover. What did ya get me? Ha.

@Matt:
Conjure Black Pudding would add all kinds of confusion but might not be the best first choice. Ha.

Getaway would be a nice fail safe.

Ice Crystal Teleport may be useful for capturing someone as long as they fail a Will Save.

Like playing dangerous games with devils, demons and other outsiders? Then Planar Binding is for you. Not sure how beneficial it will be for our group but I'm sure it will have it's moments.

Summon Monster VI has dinosaurs and reminds me of the previous encounter where summoned dinosaurs made it rather unbalanced. Otherwise, would be helpful to have a front line creature to augment Cain.

Wall of Iron is great for containing or splitting forces but think you have that at a lower level version.

Chains of Light would also be good for containing bad guys, especially those that like to shift in and out of existence.

Summon Vanth would be a good front line fighter and wouldn't have the dinosaur side affect.

Whip of Ants seems to fit Griff's S&M characteristics. :D The spell says the swarm has Distraction and Poison but could not find any clarification on the poison. Since it is similar to the Whip of Spiders, I think it is a misprint. Prob should get clarification if is a spell you want. The devouring of a helpless or nauseated creature is cool (and rather creepy) but pretty conditional.

Those are my thoughts. Don't forget to level up everyone. Matt, is your list of spells in your spell book up to date? Mik would like to borrow to copy some spells. We might also want to go shopping to sell some loot and upgrade our equipment. I will try to gather a list of stuff for sale. Mik will likely take a cloak and some potions and some other stuff as well.

Oh, she will certainly retaliate, question is to who will she retaliate. We nearly killed her and killed all of her companions so unless she has reinforcements, I doubt she will be back. Have we heard the last of her? Probably not. I think we have shown that if you attack us or our crew, we will irradicate you. We probably should double the size of our excursions for now. as Mik offers his 2 coppers.

Mik will finish investigating the complex and spend time searching for secret doors, taking 10, if allowed, for a 25. Mik will search the entire lower level, except for the ghost's room, if no one objects. At some time during his search, Mik will ask, Griff, do you want to talk to the ghost soon? I suggest we at least rest first to regain some spells. I still am feeling rather clumsy and hope a rest will help.

I assume we can gather all the loot into one location. If the group wants to spend the day and night in the spire, the throne room might be the best location.

I think Mik is no longer sickened. I think it lasted for 10 rounds and started on Round 0, just before we went into initiative. I think this is the beginning of Round 11. If my thoughts betray me and Mik is still ill, please subtract 2 from both of the above roles.

Mik will fly 5' away from the Agent and then circle back to the corner to avoid any AoO although I think the corner provides cover, glancing down to see if the Trog is moving.

Looks like it is just the two of us, ugly. Mik says, hopefully provoking the Agent. Mik will then fire a Focused Shot at the Agent's skull.

I have a crossbowman for ranged and a little front line. He is a one trick pony, doing massive damage with XBow at higher levels. I also have a pacifist Life Oracle for healing who can also soak up damage, focused on nonlethal. In addition, am mostly done with a blood thirsty Metal Oracle for front line damage and healing. I've been exploring the magus class and can easily go that route if we want arcane and rogues are always fun for me, if we want the sneaky thief angle added to the mix.

@Cain and Gimble: If you are flying, I can see where the slippers may be of no use but if you are on the ground, I think you move normally. Just my 2 cents. My understanding of the description is that both land and air creatures are encountering Difficult Terrain.

Mik will tumble back away from the agent and assassin to around the corner, spinning and popping off a focused shot at the trog acolyte.

@Gimble - I've been trying to figure out when I cast See Invisible. The only reference I can find is when we were back in camp getting ready to leave. Don't think I would have cast it then due to the timeit would take to walk to the spire. I know the intent was when we were nearing the spire so the question remains when did I cast it or did I forget to cast it? I have it listed on my active spells and marked off the casting from my ring.

I interpret it as min 1 weapon damage. All bonuses then get applied after the min 1 rule is applied. Your interpretation says the min damage of a non-magical silver weapon is the same as a +1 silver weapon where both have min damage of 1.

It is indeed the Alchemical Silver Longsword but damage is 1d8-1 min 1 so essentially 1-7 damage. By doing 1d7, I eliminate the 1-1=0 but is really a 1 scenario and also slightly increase my odds from 1 in 8 for values of 2-7 to 1 in 7 while decreasing my odds of a 1 from 1 in 4 to 1 in 7. :D Providing a reroll in case you prefer it.

Sparkly Mik will tumble through the open spaces between the rogue and witch, flying into the witch's room. If allowed, Mik will transfer the potion from free hand to hand with bow. If not able to hold both, then Mik will drop his bow at the end of his travel and cast with his left hand.

Looking at the caster hiding near him, Mik says in a calm voice, I'm killing you next. and with a pinch of spider's web, a quick hand gesture, and arcane word BbleGm, he casts Web down the hallway at the red circle. Reflex DC 16 please. Not sure if I drew the area of effect correctly. Should get 4 and maybe 5. Dex is down 3, hence the additional -2 for Acrobatics and dropped AC by 2 on tag line.

Not sure if Mik should have his shield bonus as it's a buckler. Thought if he shot in the round (which he did) that shield bonus doesn't get applied. Thinking that the Spiritual Weapon got me too.

Mik will fly down the stairs until he sees an opponent, hovering above the freshly slain trog. Taking aim with his bow he just restrung.
