When is the incorrect taxing going to be fixed in the new store? Ever since the store went live I've been getting charged VAT on all my orders incorrectly and having to contact support to get a refund. With support taking over a week to respond (and I had to argue with them for the first time to get them to even acknowledge the issue), it's become beyond a joke now.
This was never an issue on the old store.
For clarity all books in the UK are Zero rated for tax as per, https://www.gov.uk/guidance/zero-rating-books-and-printed-matter-for-vat-no tice-70110 this includes digital copies (i.e. PDF copies).
