Female Aasimar Cloistered Cleric/5

Be careful lifting stuff. Real life clerics cost money, not just ask for a cut of the loot :P

*laughs* oh my, that will be interesting, though. As a healer, what does one do in that situation?

"Are you feeling ill? Well then, perhaps next time you should consider your choices a little more thoroughly before you swallow black widows whole, friend."

Merry's a good girl, she might try to hold your hair for you when ya puke :P

Aside to Lucky's player:

I am still giggling at Mott's idea to reload the arrow trap and drag the village elder in front of it. Looking forward to this week's game.

I am ready as well, but I assume it is much later in the night where the DM is now.

Alright, I have finished spending money, I believe.

For fluff, Merry's handy haversack is a pretty large and quite smart women's purse that she wears crossbody. I thought it would be rather fun for her to pull a tent out of an extradimensional space in her purse when setting up camp, saying "oh, I got this guys!"

Although I typically do this with just about every crawlin' type character, I have not picked up crowbar or spade or similar tools, as I meta assumed at least one of the martial characters would do this.

Question for the GM, do we, each of us, have in our possession a wayfinder? you mentioned that we will all be Pathfinders, I thought I should ask.

*gasp*

The internet allows for time travel!

Whelp. Is five where I am at, and... halv tre where my husband lives and I am apparently awake for the next hour at least, so I will bang out some items on my sheet.

*looks at clock*

Aaah, a bit early for drinking, yet. unless one is a frat boy, I suppose, or one has yet to go to bed after a night of drinking.

In morning proper I will continue buying items for my Merry in order to better respond to the initial challenge.

Congratulations everyone.

For Convenience:
What is your name?
Merrideth Yllanys, although I am more commonly known by Merry.

How old are you?
Why? If you are intent to ask a lady her age, is she required to answer? Would it not be more aluring if she were to demure and say 'I am as old as you require that I may be pleased to make your acquaintance.'

Do you have any personal goals? What are they?
I wish to own and operate my own salon, of sorts, a business where men and women may come and converse at their leisure, to promote knowledge and understanding among different faiths in a climate that withholds judgment.

Where are you from?
My father's people are from Nirmanthas, a free country in the North. What little we have is hard earned, and none are idle in their pursuits of life or happiness. My birth mother's people are wanderers, dancers and musicians.

Who is your best friend?
My partner, Rana. She is Osirani, fierce and beautiful. The pay I collected from the one of the errands I ran for the Pathfinders went to her purchase and I freed her to pursue her own life. She stayed beside me, because she believed in my vision. Her contribution to my pursuit is invaluable.

Who is your most potent ally?
My good lord Arshea. He lends me the power to minister to and protect my companions, and also to smite evil in the persistent war against them who prevail in darkness and ignorance.

Who is your greatest enemy?
My greatest enemies are worship evil gods with intent to further their ill will on this plane.

Have you ever killed anyone? Who?
Goodness no, I am a healer and a lover, not a combatant. I have supported them who have laid waste to evil foes, however.

What is your most prized possession?
My mother's Kapenia I have learned in my studies that it is the history of her clan. I wish some day to learn where they are, and let them know what became of her, and of course, where I came from.

What is your most closely guarded secret?
I find the Pathfinder society repugnant. Their thirst for knowledge, while admirable, does not sit well with me. Privacy must be respected, for the living and the dead.

Do you owe any debts? What are they?
I should hope not. I attend my ledger regularly, and pay for all my purchases with hard coin. And while I may lend a coin or one hundred here or there, I do not do so unless I am financially culpable to, and never expect to receive the sum back.

Do you have any old grudges? What are they?
No, what use is it to dwell on such trivial topics. Evil abounds, in bad government, in the institution of slavery. What is one trifling event or set back perpetrated by a single entity to the greater struggle for good?

What is your single greatest regret?
Some nights, that I was not born a man, with the strength to shape the world with my own hands. Others, that I did not appreciate the quiet strength of my father and step-mother better when I lived in Nirmanthas. Although I have sent them many missives detailing my life and accomplishments here, I do not feel as though I am as close to them as I should be.

Of what accomplishment are you most proud?
That what I own is mine, and I am free to give of it to any I choose. I have aided others in the continuing struggle against evil, and have assisted in attaining many victories.

Sweet!I have added a backstory to my profile, but I will probably come back and tweak it now and again before you call recruitment up.

Looking foreword to answering your questions, as it always helps me to solidify a character.

An inquiry, might we use non-core races, such as the Aasimar?

also rolling for hp 4d8 ⇒ (7, 1, 4, 1) = 13

Ouch, it appears my luck with cleric dice continues...
