With Mail Innovations, I did receive one package damaged (when our local mail carrier decided it was OK to bend the cardboard envelope to place in our regular mailbox). I have sent an update on my ticket to customer service. I know they are overwhelmed, so hopefully they can offer some sort of solution once the store transition overwhelm is tamed.

Reading other responses here, the theme I'm seeing is 'choice is good'. Those with poor experiences with Mail Innovations in the past value DHL and the tracking. Using DHL may also make sense for supersubscribers or those with big orders to distribute the increased DHL costs over multiple products. For some international customers who make smaller orders though, the math may no longer works to purchase physical products from Paizo. Which I feel sad about and I hope a solution can be found.

It's definitely a lot to weigh. Some people are enjoying DHL and some aren't, but we don't want to make it seem like we are only listening to the positive feedback here. The negative feedback also helps us determine our decisions long term as what we really want is for everyone to get their games undamaged, with tracking, and with the lowest amount of customs fees.

We're working on making one library combining everything, but it's our largest known issue of the new store! We do not have a time estimate for this, but everything will eventually be in one place, and we appreciate your patience while we work on it!

Hey again, Mathmuse! I think this would be if you have any elements of your review that contain physical attributes! For example if something came damaged OR if something was shinier and prettier than you expected too! This is also where customers can include any easter eggs they find in their shipment from the warehouse team. It can also be helpful for mini reviews to show scale next to other minis or things like that! Does this help you? If not, let me know!

A word for the wise, when you have personal account or order issues, your sole solution is to reach out to Customer Service and understand that it may take some time due to the nature of the size of their team and the amount of tickets they are diligently working through. It's not something we can resolve on our forums, so posting here will not push your ticket up any faster. Just wanted to let you know in case it saves you some trouble!

That's pretty weird! Have you reached out to Customer Service about it? This thread is still good to see if it has happened with other people, but you should additionally be letting Customer Service know so we can try to resolve the issue! They replied with that I just make an all new account.

However I didn't do so yet, as there was no assurance that if-and-or-when the older purchased materials on the original account will still be able to be moved over to this new user created account, when the next stage of the site upgrade happens to move over old content to the new account when there is no obvious connection between account outside of just using the same email address.

Thanks for letting us know this! Please keep in mind this is known information that we are working on! We want to make sure everyone keeps their purchase materials!

It is something we are truly actively working on! Not just Canada but International shipping in general!

Currently written and not updated yet due to our pesky website changes. I'm letting you all know here (and a few other locations) and also being lenient because you had no way of knowing otherwise, and cracking hard on something that is in flux to being public would be super unfair.

Note, our guidelines are generally horrendously out of date. We're working on this.

The loophole (and I'll refer to is at that because it's easiest) is essentially the difference between linking to a google doc that has the generative AI content vs. linking to a website or outside source. Linking to outside websites in general is not against our guidelines (as long as it isn't spam of course, since we all know lots of the spam bots just post links to various gambling games etc, and the issue there is the frequent posting of non-Paizo related content as well as eliciting sales), but content that includes AI is. We're really splitting hairs here though, and I'm not above admitting that. But, I want to be clear that we're not limiting your content as a whole but rather the AI that is posted directly to our site.
