Matt, tire iron still in hand, looks outside the window.
"Are they... dead? That was... terrifying. And anticlimatic. But mostly terrifying."

As the police arrives he raises his hands and mutters "There is an explanation, I think... I hope."

I'm assuming he didn't see Jimmy run for it, so no "He's over there!" call or anything. Only Matt pissing his pants at the prospect of being charged with several geriatric murders.

Matthew bangs on the window "Open up, folks! Don't let me out here!" before deciding nooone can help you like yourself.

Trying to open the window using the crowbar, I'm not sure if the tool gives me any circumstancial bonus so I'll roll it as it is.

Matt sweats like he meant it as he turns around and runs away from the Zs banging at MeMaw's door. The young man dashes looking for the window to the wheeled home and tries to open it, putting his newfound tool to use if needed.

In case I need to pry it open, I guess strength check

Matt starts sweating and shivering, becoming the avatar of Fraidy Cats... yet a canny observer would be able to see he was smiling.
"This... this is like the movies and comics... the guys won't believe it!" he mutters to himself as he goes through the junk and stuff lying on the Jeep, looking for the tire crowbar...

If that is a reasonable thing to have, Matt will grab it and:

...and measuring his options, the wannabe archeologist makes a run for MeMaw's home.

Y'know, between his craftyness and scaridy cat attitude... I can't shake the feeling that Matt is real life Shaggy from Scooby Doo.

I need to get myself a talking dog.

We'll say three zombies break away from the MeMaw group and head for you, leaving six for the two left in MeMaw's area.

Actually, three in MeMaw's area. Matt was going to search his Jeep's back to see if he had tools or anything useful to pry the strange metal plaque from the wall. No offense or anything, with a group this big we'll need some time before we manage to keep evwrything in check and don't miss a stray post

I aim to use my McGyver edge to improvise a crowbar of sorts with spare s!&! I may have in the jeep to repair it. That's it, if I can't have tools.

Matt lets out a childish scream. "Z-zombies?!" before the Local climbs to the Jeep and resumes his search, this time looking for anything heavy enough to fend off the Evil Geriatric Voodoo Almostdead.
Trying to look for a weapon or anything that he can swing around

"Careful Jimbo..." says Matt as he himself approaches the TV tu turn it off "I have a bad feeling about all this situation..."

"Ohhh, I bet its the Plain's Bodysnatchers or the Chotacabras..." mutters Matt, mostly to himself because even he can realise it isn't the time for a local tale.
"Hello Ma'am, we are Britt's friends. She's here with us, a tad worried about your silence... and so I am. Are you alright Ma'am?" asks Mattbas he approaches the elderly woman with an ample smile, yet he adds with a whisper "Are you a manitou?..."
His own mention of indian spirits sent a shiver through his spine. Matthew might love tall tales, spinned stories and absurd legends... but he deeply respected -read: feared- the indian ones, an ingrained fear that he couldn't understand nor explain.
The local student stopped in his tracks, not willing to be the first to approach.

Matt smiled as Bryce mentioned trying new things "Well Bryce, my income comes from people not trying new things... so guys and gals, don't listen to him, he lies." he joked before picking a slice of extra greasy pizza to chew on.

"Plus pepperoni's great here, always have, always will. And there was that time a huge guy knocked out thirteen bikers that were bothering his girlfriend. Didn't I tell you that one?" the young man smells his slice thoroughly before biting it again.
