About Master Thorn
Master Thorn began his career as a barbarian who sailed the seas as a pirate.
He was eventually captured and forced to become a gladiator in the arena. He escaped and made his way in to the desert where he nearly starved. There, he was found by an old man who helped him and taught him the ways of magic.
Since then, Master Thorn used his magic to help the rebels in the desert. When he grew older and wealthier, he signed on to a ship and sailed back across the sea to his homeland. There, he built a tavern near a road which runs through old ruins.
Since then, he has done what he can to live peacefully, though he keeps a watchful eye on barbarians and bandits who roam to close too the people who live near him.
It was here the Master Thorn first met the Heroes and told them where the Red Wizard was hiding so they could defeat him.
