Hello everyone this is my first post in this form so forgive me if this is not the right place and thank you for your assistance.
So I'm trying to make a character concept and build for a Dungeons & Dragons 3.5 campaign using the core Rule books.
Things to know: the campaign is a very low to no magic campaign as in all magical glasses abilities would be rendered null however there are magical items in the world. The character will be at level 2 and will be the kingdoms General of Warfare ( the dungeon master signless roll to Me) if you guys can help me flesh out a character with in these parameters that would be awesome.
P.s. the world will also have racial animosities. The ability scores I rolled were an 18 16 15 14 11 and 10 so really darn good
