I'm having the same issue as the others. My first post was in my Gameplay thread by accident, which I then deleted. Could you fix that for me?

My initial thought is to re-tool my paladin into a gestalt. Early idea is Paladin+Bard, but that's not set in stone.

Okay, updated tagline info for all three.

+2 Strength brings his total from 11 to 13, which would increase the modifier from 0 to 1. So I guess it's added, but actually should be 3 total damage (I'm not sure where the extra +1 is from, might have mistakenly added my BAB).

A bit of both, I suppose. I just think the orc horde needs a reason to wait around, as their first instinct would be to charge headlong into battle even if outnumbered.

How about this for their reason for camping out:

The Stone-Eater tribe holds their position until the remainder of the horde arrives. The High Warlord intends to lead an assault with their full force, but in waiting they have lost more than they would gain. The gnolls' tactics frustrate and confuse the horde. They choose their targets carefully and flee before the horde can mount a defense. The effects on their morale have been devastating.

Also, there should be some note about what Gulrog has been doing in this time, be it sulking or sequestering himself, just so the players know he's living and present.

Your opponents will be Allister and Lyonel. I messed up Apollyon a bit, so need to get him refigured. I'll be ready to roll initiative tomorrow.

I'm interested in submitting a greatsword-wielding human paladin (think Judge Dredd). Working on him now, will submit once he is put together.

One question - does one of the traits have to be from the campaign, or are both open to all approved sources?

I wanted to appologize for my very late update of the game play thread. My wife and I have our wedding anniversary coming up(April 12th) so I've spent far to much time planning a trip for the occasion. $800 dollars later and everything's booked...

I've been working on a Human Paladin for our campaign. I would still much rather play the Rogue, but if this party has a hard go or if the Rogue dies, then I can use him instead.

@Jnor: Your intelligence comment got me thinking about how to RP Rateliff too and I found this interesting.

That's a pretty interesting article, and it made me feel better about having a 12 INT score.

I have an interesting character dilemma where my character has a 12 INT, but a 7 CHA. Not sure whether that will mean I have clear thoughts but trouble relating them, or if I can relate my thoughts clearly but people just don't get me.

I'm still finishing up my rogue, but he will at least be capable of heavy ranged damage with a good bow and ranged sneak attack.

Viking the civilization not the terrible football team from Minnesota I hope.

What do you have against the Vikings? This whole thing is in peril now... You're not a Packers fan, are you? :)

About my rogue, I will consider point buy simply so I am not a weak link in the party. I don't like the idea of dragging anyone down, or causing us more peril than Mathpro intends.

I will be equally happy running what we've got or transitioning to something different and less restrictive.

I'm on board for whatever is decided.

Very excited to get back into RPG. This is my first PbP experience, but I have played pen and paper RPG games for years. I may have lots of questions about this site and PbP gaming, and if I make any mistakes please let me know so I can correct them!

I used to be a dedicated gamer, but in the last two years I've added a wife and son to the mix so my free time isn't what it used to be. For that reason, my posts will primarily be late at night.
