I am in the same boat and cancelled my sub, my FLGS had it in stock on Saturday so I might as well just support them. Either pay Paizo gets my cash, for now. An email with a tracking number when the shipping delay was discovered would have been nice, put that in your suggestion box.

GREAT, they have a support site setup but no reply when you open a case. Opened mine up on from their site

and as of today not a word. What craptastic service, IMHO. I have a large collection of miniatures from the other W company and not a one was missing a part. Beginning to regret they are not in the miniatures business any longer; since my alternative is turning out to be a disappointment.
