You would need the book the god appears in to worship it in PFS right? And if it has a spell or favoured weapon from a different book you would need both if you were a cleric?

Read a tome seems like a very fun feat but it appears that shooting star is the only synthesis that can actually use it. Slide casting, even if you are unarmed, requires your other hand to be free and Sustaining Steel requires a two-handed weapon. Am I missing something about them?

So I had some Ideas about paladins and the recent update and wanted to know everyone's thoughts.

1. Having different tags/names for reactions
Looking at Henah's Vengeful Strike, if/when antipaladins can be played do you think it could benefit from Ranged Reprisal could benefit it in anyway? And if so do you think it might be beneficial to change some of the feat Prerequisites from x cause to x reaction. For example the prerequisite for ranged reprisal would change from defender's cause to strike reaction. The wording would likely need to be changed for some, Unimpeded Step would swap out ally for the target.

2 Evil reactions
So for evil paladins should they get something similar to whatever their opposite is but more selfish, lawful evil paladins can move themselves for example.

3 neutral paladins
It seems difficult to create a different reaction for every different alignment, but thinking though an idea for each alignment's reaction and the reasons for it, the neutral (good/evil axis) alignments seem much more difficult. Do you think that neutral paladins should be similar to neutral clerics in which they choose the good or evil reaction with their law/chaos alignment.

4 New name
So the document with the changes note that Paladin will be name of the lawful good version of the current paladin. Isn't this almost exactly like a cavalier. You get a code and everything or do think a different name would be better, like crusader for example.
