Hi all.

It became popular here in Kiev to play 5x5 Pathfinder PvP battles.

First, we just met to fight each other and have fun times, but the concept got further.

We developed rules for PvP. Just killing each other was not as interesting as accomplishing missions and fighting for objectives. We made few (really few) adjustments to improve balance and to get rid of all obvious imbalance options.

Now we have launched “Pathfinder PvP League”. League has season, it lasts for 3 month, from end of August to early December. Teams that consist of 1 to 5 players meet each other, play and earn points. Just like in big team sport.

PvP characters are at level 8 with 25 point buy and 20000 gold wealth.

I have made few reports about our games and decided to translate one of them into English and share here.

Anyway, i want to ask if you guys are interested? I may share more reports with you, translate our rules for Pathfinder PvP. Tell more about league, show rosters for examples. Maybe even record short video report if it will be appropriate. And answer any questions ofc.

Does Invisibility spell fade from you if you cast Create Pit at the enemy's square?

We can't continue our campaign without official answer to this question and we can't find it anywhere.

It was misckick. Sry, i am posting for the first time.

Description of Elemental Overflow:

"...she receives a bonus on her
attack rolls with kinetic blasts equal to the total number of
points of burn she currently has, to a maximum bonus of +1
for every 3 kineticist levels she possesses. She also receives
a bonus on damage rolls with her kinetic blast equal to
double the bonus on attack rolls..."

What exactly "bonus on attack rolls" is mentioned here?

My pathfindermates have two interpretations:

1. Total bonus on attack rolls, including BAB, ability score bonus, feats like weapon focus or point-blank shot, etc

or

2. Bonus on attack rolls produced by accepted burn

Option #1 makes Kineticist one of the best damage dealer in game, option #2 is just an average one
