She felt that both of them would be much better off to not be in a room with the other, but wasn't quite sure how to drag them apart. "Ahm. This isn't quite pleasant is it..."

Both men turn and scowl at Illthir.

"...."

Durgan introduces Zokon to any of the nobility that Zokon may have forgotten about.

He will make a point of checking in with Lord Solvis Orlovsky.
"Greetings, my Lord. I hope the roads were safe and well-maintained for your travels. Roads are the arteries of a nation, it is written in the Manual."

Lord Solvis pauses for a long moment before responding. "Banker, I-"

Zokon remembers his last exchange with Solvis, back at poor dead Oleg's outpost that left the older man in a bit of pique for some reason.

Sharing his carriage is his valet and Lord Solvis Orlovsky an advisor sent to represent the King-Regent and the Dragonscale Throne.

Both men appear tight lipped after their ride in. They greet everyone at Ser Iannuchi's manor including their host (with Orlovsky being much more formal about it), and then depart to their quarters with their entourages among the nearby estates, promising to be back for dinner.

As usual the PCs can make one roll and open all of the following that apply.

Knowledge (nobility) DC 15:
Orlovsky is an aged courtier, and supporter of the Dragonscale Throne.

Knowledge (nobility) DC 22:
despite his allegiances to family and throne, Orlovsky does not always agree with the King-Regent, and instead is a political pragmatist favoring the stability of Brevoy as a whole over any one political faction.

"Yes.... You're old Remuros's stable boy aren't you?" the older man says stroking his pointed beard.

Zokon turns to face the lord at the comment

"Well I probably did muck out some stables as part of some training regime or other for Remuros, but no not a stable boy, my origins are not quite that simple." he says to the old Lord

"Honestly lad, it doesn't seem like it. You are as unsubtle as a bull in the presence of the Dragonscale Throne." The noble moves off toward the main house.

"Lord Solvis Orlovsky is considered past his prime by most other Brevic nobles, even within his own very powerful house."

"And standing right here!" snaps the old man.

he says to just his companions
