Hi, I get to the end of the process and click the big red "Place Your Order" square and the wheel will spin but nothing happens. I tried clearing my cookies and used a different browser but I'm getting the same result. Any idea on what else I can try?
I placed order 30035277 back on 10/25. It's still listed as pending. I've emailed customer service three times in the last three weeks for an update or refund and have not received a response.
Hi, I've been trying to place an order for the last two weeks. No matter what I try when I click "ORDER" I get the following message "The requested URL was not found on this server, or you do not have permission to access this area." I have tried Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari; clearing all cookies and cache. I have even tried it from a different IP and I still get the same message. I've sent multiple emails to customer service going back two weeks which have gone unanswered. If it wasn't for the fact that a good portion was store credit I would have given up by now. Any help would be appreciated. |
