Livia was the daughter of two half-elves in good standing of the small town of *****, Livia had always been a little aggressive. starting when she could first walk and talk, she was playing some of the rough games with some of the other kids. she got more beat up than the rest, but it didn't seem to stop her a whole lot.
She started to manifest some odd abilities when she was near 11 years old, starting when some of her bumps, scrapes, and bruises started to heal faster than normal.
There were always suspicions after that, but nothing major.
she did start manifesting more magical power a little after that. once she did, more people started to take an interest.
it wasn't she was 19 when she accidentally burned down an old building in town, killing a few people in the process including one of her close friends.
She was exiled from the town the next day and was charged to never return.
She has gotten herself into a bit of trouble since that time as she tried to hone her skills and gain better control over them so that the same accident would never happen again.
in some of the dangers, she has been in, she has managed to cause some grief of her own by the destruction of property or possession in turn. In this, she has found the destruction of some things more pleasurable than others. like that time she burned down a whore's house after he tried to force her into bed.
She has wandered from place to place in order to avoid parts of the law or different gangs and organizations.

tall, almost 6 ft. she is very slim with just above average curve like an upside-down pair.
her skin was definitely red, and her horns are clicpped to the point that you can't see them
her hair is a lovely dark red that looks a bit more like a river of lava in the right light. her eyes are a golden reddish color that looks aggressive at times but seems to be hiding some deep pain if you look hard enough.
She has a soft, lovely face. her ears have a point in between an elf and half-elf's. her teeth were sharper than others'.
