PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
A slightly chubby young man with spectacles, Lin Tai presents the image an
office worker. It is not obvious that he is a survivor, and most would-be
combatants make the mistake of starting a fight with this trained Fighter.
He does not obviously look like a threat compared to whoever he travels with;
in fact he looks very out of place with the weapons strapped to his body and
the heavy breastplate he wears. He is currently dressed mainly in blue with red
accents; a piece of cloth here, a feather there. His outfit(Explorer) consists
of a modified blue baggy sleeved Duanda, a Dou Li hat, his reading spectacles,
and various pouches pockets. Over that a dark blue Beizi and a Tian Breastplate.

HISTORY
Background - The first son of a fireworks maker and a seamstress, Lin Tai spent
the first years of his life around loud bangs, the smell of gunpowder, and the
sound of his father asking for more tea and sulfur. He was admited to the
Imperial War School at age four. When he turned fourteen he went to work for his
Uncle Xue Yu(his mother's brother), a silk merchant, and spent the next four
years as a secretary and on/off representative for his Uncle. Lin Tai spent most of his time during this four year period in
and around the Grand Duchy of Alkenstar, and it's neighbors Geb, Nex, Katapesh.
This is where and when he fell in love with Alkenstar's firearms. However not
all was well as when he turned eighteen a Geb merchant tried to assassinate
Tai and his Uncle. Long story short: Geb merchant hires assassin, assassin's
buddies turned Uncle into zombie, Tai writes home to tell mom, and swears
revenge on assassins. With contacts(of nominal usefulness)in his Uncle's(now
mother's) silk company, Lin Tai now spends his time hunting down his enemies and
traveling in his Uncle's(now his) Tian built wagon(carriage). (I have a side
plot for that if your interested, or we can totally ignore this)
