This is the profile I plan on using for my half-orc champion (Paladin). I'll update the profile ASAP.
Background

Spoiler:

History:
Lilly had heard tales of racism... but they seemed to almost be fantasy. Growing up in Nybor as a second generation Dromaar family she was neighbors and friends with many other half-breeds and grew to accept this as normal.

Though most of her features resembled her human ancestry her great size and bulk, the greenish tint of her skin, and her slightly distended fangs revealed the orc side of her ancestry. She wasn't vain by nature but was very proud of her long thick raven black hair. With brown eyes and a fair complexion, she stood out mainly due to the fact she was always the biggest child her age in Nybor.

She was always defending those less fortunate than herself, and hated bullies so it was natural for her to begin worshiping Shelyn. Something about all the books she read on hopeless romance resonated deep within her, and she longed to find her one true love. She had dated many of the local boys but found them lacking in one way or another until she met Brodrick. He was a human which was unusual enough in Nydor, but he encompassed everything she thought was desirable in a lifelong mate. Fortunately, he felt the same way. As in all great tragedies however their love was not to be. Brodrick was gored by a giant bore during a hunt and she broke down when his battered body was brought back to Nybor for a burial.

Her soul broken Lilly fell into a great funk and stopped eating, or even leaving the house. She even tried to end her own life by cutting her own wrists but was found and healed by her parents and friends. Still destitute she was gifted a small book by a friend. The Seven Pangs of Longing. The Heroine of this book even shared her surname. There was an inscription in the back of the book that urged the readers who connected with this to turn to Naderi for guidance and strength. Lilly did. Hope returned to her life and with it resolve to find this unrequited love. But where to look?

Through countless hours of sitting in the local taverns listening to Traveller's tales she came to hear of a new Cathedral being built in the town of Sandpoint. In fact, she heard that Shelyn was one of the gods that the temple would be devoted to. Nybor was not considered a dead end, and considering Shelyn's past connections to Naderi she had no idea of a better place to start. So with tearful good-by's and promises to stay in touch she set off for this distant city... hope in her heart.

You need to go into your account to change the avatar, rather than the avatar profile. This should require you to log in again.

I did. It says that "That avatar name is already in use by another account." or something silly like that. I've reached out to Paizo.

Here is Lilly's Character. For some reason the forum's won't let me change the image... so just imagine this with horns :-)

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

I lost touch with this game for a time as well. I believe I'm going to withdraw from this game. I've had a hard time gelling with my character... guess I'm just not good with games that start at a higher level. Best of luck to all, and hope that I have the opportunity to game with you again in the future.

Again, nothing against the group or the DM, just not gelling with my character. Please remove Lilly from the game, so that the game disappears from my favorites page.

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

Lilly retracts her senses back into her body, and stands by to see what is happening.

To be honest, it's been so long since something of import happened, I'm not sure what we're doing at the moment :-)

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

Lilly sends eyeball high into the air to scout for any remaining enemies. "Keep an eye on me. I'm going to scout through Eyeball's eyes, and I lose track of what's going on around me when I do so".

Casts Beast Sense

1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23 Perception

Hi Guys. Work is insane right now, so though I'll keep up and post as needed, I won't be able to expand upon my actions for a couple of weeks.

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

"I guess we gotta start somewhere, though I am curious about this flyer".

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

Lilly is still anxious to proceed, but I believe that a little fresh blood might reinvigorate the game and get the ball rolling again.

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

Lilly nods and grimaces as Eyeball tries to fly off her shoulder after a particularly large and tasty looking moth, flits across the room. Her struggles only result in the creature still hanging from her shoulder, but somehow upside down, and under her arm.

"He'll be good", she says with a glare at the willful creature, "But if he breaks anything, or makes a mess I'll make it good".

I'll be on a week long business trip, but should still be able to post from the hotel. Don't let me hold things up if not however, and feel free to DMPC my character.

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

Lilly grabs one of the sheets from the man, and has to move quickly to keep Eyeball from snatching the sheet and flying off... one of his favorite games.

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

"If you don't mind I'll stay in your brothers room... just in case something comes looking for unfinished business. I need to rest up a bit anyway, and Eyeball will be all too happy to keep watch".

1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5 Cure Wounds1
1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8 Cure Wounds2
1d8 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7 Cure Wounds3
1d8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9 Cure Wounds4

Lilly takes the first two spells for herself, and offers the last two to whomever needs them most.

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

"I think that is a great idea. Don't want these wounds to get infected down here in this filth".

Lilly grabs up a few freshly dead rats for Eyeball while returning to the surface.

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

That's weird. I posted for Lilly last night to attack the stone, and she did a total of 17 damage with her least favorite battleaxe, but it seems to have vanished into cyberspace.

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

Lilly spends a few minutes tending her own wounds, then starts at Duncan's statement. "What! Wonder if it will burn"?

2d8 + 1 ⇒ (2, 4) + 1 = 7 Cure Wounds (2nd Level slot)

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

I'll be on a business trip this week, so posting may be spotty. Feel free to DMPC my character to help move things along.

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

Lilly rushes over, and cleans her own blood off her hands before placing them on the young mans forehead and chest, and intoning some guttural words.

2d8 + 1 ⇒ (6, 1) + 1 = 8Cure Wounds (2nd level slot)

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

1d20 + 6 ⇒ (12) + 6 = 18 Attack on Kjell
1d8 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10 Damage

Lilly just stands there in shock, shaking her confused head. Go defensive

1d20 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 1 = 21 Will save

Finally her eyes clear, and her look of confusion is replaced by one of rage. "Khell! Gods what have I done".

I'm assuming since I made an attack this round I can't cast a cure spell.

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

"What the"???

Well I just gotta deal with one problem at a time, and getting this big thing down before I lose any body parts if prime

Seeing Kjell wade in, Lilly shrilly screams in rage, and joins him in his vicious attack.

1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19 Axe 1

Lilly and Eyeball were in the room looking for other points of egress.

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

5E DM's might be hard to come by... or maybe there are a ton out there waiting to take the plunge... but the fact that Krieger has the module and has already expressed a willingness to run, leads me to say, let's just wait on him to run.

He might need to send a message to the mods to get control of the campaign switched to him. I'm not really sure how that works.

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

It's my fault. Lilly has been in four other games and each died an early in ignominious death. Maybe I should retire her for good.

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

Lilly is still patiently waiting... well sort of patiently waiting as well.

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

Lilly leaves the husks for the others to investigate and glances about for other entrances or exits from this chamber.

1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17 Perception

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

"Ah much better. Thank Mordoloth for me. Yes let's go right".

Lilly casts about for a sewer rat or other small animal, then stops to ask if it has seen a man brought this way against his will, and which way they went if so.

1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8 Perception.

Using "Speak with animals".

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

Lilly is down 29 points.

"If Mordoloth's feeling generous, I could use a little of her touch".

As Lilly speaks she says a few words in some language you don't know, and taking her own blood marks a small swirl around the worst of the wounds. There is a brief glow, and a smell of burning pine, and with a grimace the wound closes a bot.

Casting cure wounds in a 2nd level slot.

2d8 + 1 ⇒ (2, 5) + 1 = 8 Cure wounds

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

Lilly quite embarrassed at being ripped up by the beast, continues hacking at it's twin.

1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23 BA 1
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 21 BA 1-b
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 26 BA 2

1d8 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6 Slice
1d8 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6 Dice
2d8 + 3 ⇒ (8, 8) + 3 = 19 Chop... really hard.

I'm out of town at a trade show, so feel free to bot my character if needed.

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

Lilly shakes her head, wipes the blood from her hands on her armor, and wades in against the stubborn one.

1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19 BA #1
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19 BA #1 second attack
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19 BA #2

And either something's wonky about the dice roller, or she's very consistant... and it would be 13's...

1d8 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7 Slice
1d8 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6 Dice
1d8 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11 Chop

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

Is this an Aberration? Also, I didn't see anything that says she can't full attack while grappled... just can't move.

1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11 Battleaxe 1
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15 Battleaxe 1 second attack
1d8 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10... Maybe slice
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8 Battleaxe 2

Not that it matters much with those rolls...

"Hey get your tentacles off me" Lilly screams in rage and pain. "That stings".

The stout 1/2 orc twists and turns about, but the whipping tentacles, and cold water keep her from bringing her mighty blades to bear effectively.

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

Yep. Eyeball will probably stay outside for this encounter. He's not completely comfortable in dark holes... yet.

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

As the big man begins to strain and lift, Eyeball is sure that with that odor, and the fact that they're locked away, there must be some fascinating goodies to eat in there. He flies clumsily towards the gate, and begins pulling on it trying to help.

"Eyeball get back here! Let the man work, you're only getting in the way".

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

Lilly will shrug, and follow the others in... third in line.

"Now Eyeball you stay out here and keep watch... ok"?

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

As the group heads outside to investigate further...

"Has anyone heard any rumors of other abductions happening in this area? I know I have not, but I've only been in town a couple of days. Perhaps before dashing off into that stink hole, we should ask around a bit for more information. I would, but sometimes people don't speak to me willingly".

About that time Eyeball made a low pass, but Lilly used to his pranks moved aside to keep from being a victim of his poorly aimed stink bomb.

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

Lilly was awakened a bit before dawn, as usual, by Eyeballs insistence on a potty break. She took this as an opportunity to find the fisherman's stall, and take a couple of ripe fish heads for Eyeball to enjoy. After gobbling the heads in a couple of greedy bites, the creature flew to her shoulder, and belched rancidly into her face.

"I guess that's the payment for me awakening you in the middle of the night with that nightmare".

Just to make sure she looks upwards to make sure that things are as they should be before heading back to the inn.

She leaves Eyeball to get his morning exercise, and walks in to find Kjell breaking his fast, and moves to join him, and await the others.

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

Lilly watches the events unfold, still not really comfortable with crowds, but still scrounges up a smile and nod as the others join the group.

"My name is Lilly". She softly interjects as the others get acquainted.

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

Lilly begins to experience dizziness trying to keep up with so many things happening at once. She finally just decides to sit back down, finish her ale, and see how things evolve.

Every time I come to a city, it helps me appreciate the quiet of the ocean, or the forest.

Krieger Stoneheart tolerates his adopted home on the surface, but tolerance doesn't require actually liking it. He tries to distract his mind by focusing on Aleanor's message. The deep gnome is interested as much in what it didn't say as in what it did. He runs through some possible scenarios mentally until he arrives at the Sign of the Fair Warrior.

Entering the inn, Krieger spots some familiar faces.

"Oh... you." With a sigh, Krieger resigns himself to working with others and approaches the table with Duncan, Lilly, and Maeltheron.

"Not sure you recall, but the name's Krieger Stoneheart, and I imagine she summoned all of you as well, right?"

Also assuming some passing acquaintance, but probably not a strong connection, if that works. It's fine if no one recognizes him, too. Either works for me.

"Hello Krieger".

Lilly is finished, except for adapting the new Ranger:Beastmaster house rules. I'll get to that tonight hopefully.

Female Human (Dromaar) ; Perception +4 ; AC-16(20); HP 20/20 Champion (Paladin) /1 (Naderi ); ST+4, DX+0; CN+3, IN+0, WI+1, CH+1

Lilly starts at the young man's address, but then settles down a bit when she does indeed recognize the man.

"Ah yes. I remember you. Duncan right? I remember you were quite handy with your fists if my memory serves me right. Looks like fate draws us together again".

She allows herself to be led back to the table where she sees another familiar face. An elven one this time. On her way back to the table she spots a group of young men finishing up their dinner.

Hold up a minute Duncan. Pardon me young men. If you're not going to eat those leftover fish heads, might I give you a copper for them"?

She sits uncomfortably down in one of the bar's wooden chairs, and looks about the room.

I'll still never understand why we make things harder than the ground to sit upon. I would much prefer a nice soft leather cushion to these "chairs".

Then at Maeltheron's friendly inquiry. "Eyeball is hale. I've left him to fend for himself while I'm inside. He tends to assume that every scrap of leftover fish is his... and unfortunately doesn't always ask, and sometimes more than the head is left.. which has caused issues in the past. Thanks for asking though".

"I'm assuming you're both answering the same summons I am? Unless I miss my guess it's probably got something to do with that crying girl and old man over there"... though it looks like someone else has noticed their plight".

Eyeball was originally a Dimorphodon as a Pathfinder character... So I could either convert, with your permission of course, or just make her an Eagle/Hawk (Perhaps an Osprey to keep the nautical theme).

Dimorphodon

Starting Statistics

Size Small; Speed 10 ft., fly 80 ft. (clumsy); AC +1 natural armor; Attack bite (1d4); Ability Scores Str 8, Dex 15, Con 12, Int 2, Wis 14, Cha 6; SQ low-light vision, scent.

4th-Level Advancement

Attack bite (1d6); Ability Scores Str +2, Con +2; Special Attacks poison (frequency 1 round (6); effect 1 Str damage; cure 1 save, Con-based DC).

The new rules are good. I'll try to get the profile finished tonight, and be ready to roll.

BTW: opening the Gameplay thread would help keep up with changes more easily.

Woo Hoo! This should be fun. I'll spend some time aquainting myself with the other characters, then the fun should commence.

Here is an old profile, I've been eager to resurrect. I believe everything is here except for the animal companion (Hero Lab makes this easy). NOTE: Looks like the background (Folk Hero) is not printing. Also, I am thinking a bird of prey named Eyeball as a animal companion.

Also, just noticed that HL doesn't print the equipment, or special abilities on the BBC preview. I was going to print the pdf, and cut/paste here, but it seems that 5E on HL has some PDF publishing issues as well. Definitely not ready for prime time.

I also am not a fan of Gestalt. Only find it enjoyable when there are too few players, which will not be a problem here. Tends to be too much role overlap when Gestalt is present.

Having said that if it goes standard PF, then count me interested, especially with my longtime unlucky half orc druid Lilly.
