![]() I just got the Advanced Race Guide and I like a lot of the races in there but I'm not sure which are legal for play. I'd like to make characters of the Ratfolk, Changeling, and Goblin races but I haven't a clue if they're allowed or not. I know that the book is an "offical" pathfinder book but I also know the PFS has strict rules on what is allowed. Is there a place I can go to see a list of all accepted races? ![]()

Tonight I'm going to generate my witch so I can use her. I'll also read those posts that were linked for me to look at. ![]()

I want to make a gnome bard or witch but I don't yet have the book for witch so likely bard. Lastly I've never played by post before so yah I could use a PbP 101 run down lol. I'm sorry I'm such a newb. FYI I just ran out and got the Advanced Players Guide so I will be playing a Gnome Witch (a neutral good one) based on the transformation power source. That is if you guys and gals let a newbie join you :D ![]()

Ahh thanks for the info, well if I can't get into a group in the real world I'll have to look into one of those. Thanks very much for the info. ![]()
![]() Sior wrote: Yes, there are PbP forums here as well as some scattered throughout. Though I'd wager you'd be able to find some people in your area who play. I mean, here in Denver we have people coming from an hour and further from north and south so come and play. I'm sure others would be willing to travel. And, as ever, keep an eye on the events page. Might get lucky. Are the PbP forums here part of the PFS and if so how would you receive cards for your play sessions? ![]()

Yes I'm aware it's a distant thing to look forward to, as an avid Mmoer I'm used to it lol. Thanks everyone for the feedback. I may just check out some of the exotic races in pathfinder and get a truly fresh start. I will check out the pathfinder society and again thanks for that tip. ![]()
![]() I'm a 4e D&D player coming over to Pathfinder and was curious if pathfinder has any race that is like the dragonborn of D&D? Also the reason I'm probably going to convert fully to Pathfinder is that I'm annoyed that wizards are already creating a new version of D&D and I feel like they didn't do enough for 4e. With that's said there isn't a "Pathfinder Next" in the works is there? Lastly I'm extremely excited about the upcoming Pathfinder MMORPG as finding RPG groups in my area can be extremely difficult. Thanks for your responses! |
