I have nothing to aid in attacking the stone. Do wonder if we should go after Bruce.

Resist those evil voices in your head. They're telling me to let the creature out of the idol. What do we do? I've no idea. Does the idol feed off of the lava or heat? Moloch was god of fire, right? Should we remove it from the room?

I like the vanish idea, letting me get in close for possible sneak attack. Zamar, that would be great! Do we have any way of confirming she's evil before I go and stab her?

If I feel I can get in with Cisish, I'd like to try the sneak ahead bit so I can get closer for a possible sneak attack. Short legs and a ways across the room. Is it dim in the room, helping with hiding or really well lit, ie. don't bother with sneak?

Did you see some sort of smoky form on the obsidian relief? Wonder if she might have some elementals of her own in there? May not just be her we're trying to subdue. I'd love to get a bit ahead of the group if I thought I could but you'd have to be right behind me to help when she notices me.

So, are we on level 3, with the four corner rooms having two rooms below and two rooms above connected by the spiral staircase in each room? Those rooms are then not connected to each other via this central area (pilgrim passage)? Can we go up in NW corner and come out above us, to the same area we presume the spiral staircase in the pilgrim passage goes to? Or not connected.

Immolation, eh? These fruitcakes were all in, weren't they?!?! Let's get moving as this place creeps me out.

Lem hears Cizish's warning about the skeleton and it probably being an illusion, and then Zamar finding the secret room. Zamar, what is a flaming sphere and will it chase me? How long does it last? It scorched me good before I could attempt to tumble away from it. Was there something in the north wall of that room? I couldn't quite tell. I've got to stay ahead of this ball of flame so it doesn't burn me again!

Barboo, thanks for holding my cure light wounds wand, you'll be better at using it than I am.
@Karen--I think that will prevent me from having to role a use magic device skill check. I can do that but you won't have to.

It will be handy to have someone who can actually speak with that mighty feline beast! It will take a bit of getting used to having that fuzzy ball of claws and teeth around. I've never adventured with a tiger before and I feel like Barboo and I might look like a couple of spindly snacks!

Cizish, do you think halflings would taste different to a tiger than a human, or a sylph? Like I think I would taste spicy but you probably would taste more like a marshmallow......something to ponder on our long trip to Qadira.

Well Mr. Hamshanks, I think your suggestion of quietly slipping in and out is a good one. More my style and less chance of trouble.

Anyone have thoughts on disguises we could use to help attract less attention? Is qadira like Saudi Arabia? Veils and head wraps and things with voluminous white clothing? If so we could purchase to cover ourselves or send in to the market when we get there a person to buy and bring back to party as we depart the boat. Taking a little extra time to plan how to be sneaky might be necessary as we don't have a lot of muscle to deal with surprises. Do we have a cover story? Treasure hunters? Or seeking Sarenrae in the desert for enlightenment?

So Mr. Hamshanks. Did the wizard provide us a map to guide our trek? We'll need to know a general direction from Sedeq. Did he or she give any details on what they saw? Do we have any contacts out there? Anyone we're to report to? Most importantly, who else is joining us? Any big broad muscly types with clanking armor and pointy swords? Oh, yes, will you arrange transport for us back when we find the idol?

After I'll purchase a wand of endure elements and a hot weather outfit.

Ok, seeing Crugeon taking a nap brings a smile to Lem.

Barboo, would you mind watching over our mighty friend while Deni and I check the bad guys for loot? First, we'll dash thru the rooms we've seen, avoiding the haunt room, just to make sure we don't see that rat fellow. And then back to check the guys out.

Happy to modify the plan if anyone has a different idea.

Seeing the large mess Crugeon just made of the unfortunate half orc, he signals his appreciation with a nod and touch of his forehead then makes the universal sign of shh and then attempts to sneak off in the direction of Deni's yell, trying to find the source of the odd flute music.
