That will work, though you can't see wisdom damage and it's possible I have a magic item that protects from wisdom damage. I think Mira is the tastiest but Ariston will have to do.

Once the groups meets at the Ram's Tears Lazur begins to explore and make sure they pick sound ground for the building. Once everyone has had a chance to look around he gathers everyone together. I was thinking we start with a wizards tower and build from there. Maybe it overlooks the falls and we add walls and other towers and a keep as time goes by. We all get rooms and add things as time goes by. Workers quarters would be good as well. Especially if the oreads we save want to work for us. My 2 cents.

Lazur starts by walking around the center of town area looking for a good spot for a field hospital. Once he has candidates he then studies them finding the one he can put into operation the quickest. He then points to what will need done and let's them know he will be back once he gets a hospital started near the docks. He walks to the docks and repeats the process. Points out where to dig ditches to drain some of the area and what building to use and needed repair. He then spends the day between the two helping where he can and healing those he can as well. I got a post in about 30 minutes before you posted yours. Sounds like you may have missed it. Probably typing your post when mine hit depending on how long it took to type that. I am not into the nitty gritty of building but I do know you need a way to track it. I'm good with either way. A feat sounds good to me. Sounds like any of the +2 to two skills ones might work, skill focus. What about any of the +2 on saves or extra uses of class ability ones? Those too combat oriented? Disable Dweomer allows the use of disable device to suppress magic items. Would that fit? Otherwise it will be a skill focus or two skill one.

I don't know what his reasons are but if he is against magical healing would this be considered partially magical. Conduit feats pull energy from other planes, this one the positive plane. I have no intention of lying about where the abilities come from which is why I am asking.
