That... that cannot be! How is this possible?

Suddenly, the cleric looks startled.

"My comrades, you won't believe me - but Junia seems to be still alive! I have no idea how this is possible... yet. It could be that magic is responsible, but I am no expert on magic items. Please help me investigate this."

Kyra casts guidance on everyone and then detect magic. She checks the Sarkophagus first and then Junia, especially the Ruby ring of the salamander on her finger.

I have to admit, I did not see this coming! It's a nice twist! :-)

Kyra kneels down next to Rast and uses her rebuke death ability until he gets conscious.

I just told them to be careful!

When everybody is finally safe and sound down the hole, Kyra casts light on her holy symbol and starts following the passage down to the door. She opens it and steps through.

Kyra carefully follows the fighter. When she finds him, she examines him...

...and is quite surprised when she has a hard time finding out what's wrong.

"What happened? Do you need healing?"

Assuming he tells her, she'll use her wand:

Kyra will spam cast guidance on herself as often as needed, so normally she will have it up any time she makes a check out of combat. I will not mention it as long as we are not in rounds.

"Wait. We should check the area first."

Take 10 Perception, guidance: 10 + 4 + 1 = 15

Kyra looks at the arm.

Take 10 Heal, guidance: 10 + 11 + 1 = 22

Afterwards, she casts detect magic and checks the pool, especially the area with the arm, for magical auras.

This is fine.

"So your daughter is here? How old is she now? Whitch subjects does she study? ..." Some smalltalk about his daughter to keep him comfortable.

"Where did you say do we find the caretaker?"

The door to the room is pushed open and a dark-skinned human woman of Keleshite heritage enters hastily.

"Am I too late? I hope not..."

The woman is armored with a breastplate and has a scimitar on her hip. A silver ankh, the holy symbol of the Dawnflower, dangles from a cord around her neck.

"I am Kyra, humble cleric of Sarenrae. Pleased to m..."

Her voice trails off when she notices the small dinosaur and her hand flies to the hilt of her scimitar. But as the beast makes no aggressive moves and the others seem relaxed, she continues after a few seconds:

"Huh, that was unexpected. One does not see dinosaurs indoors very often... Where was I? Ah, yes. Pleased to meet you!"

If we aim for lower subtier, I have no problem getting 'out-of-subtier' gold.

As soon as Pava is bound securely, Kyra uses her Rebuke Death ability on her until she wakes up.

Rebuke Death: 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6

Good idea, and thanks for the suggestion, Henrikuaxian!
However, the movement of the archers put two of them outside of the protection zone of the ring, and no movement of Kyra's would put the others outside, too.
So let's see what the devil is up to now. ;-)
In the meantime, let's finish Pava off.

I've got a question regarding the chronicles - why are the items on subtier 1-2 crossed out?
In the guide I could not find any instruction to do so - I only found this:
