i.e. for this campaign, what classes are you guys playing and what alignments/ethos are you (or is that something we don't know until we start, that would be kind of neat!)?

Also, are there any new data packs I should buy for hero lab or anything? Is there a physical book I can buy to read up on the campaign while I'm on the beach in Mexico? Just want to make sure I'm able to hit the ground running when I return!

OH! Also, what alignments are you guys? I realized during the other campaign that some of my strategies may have been toeing the line between neutral and evil.....

Hi guys! Looking forward to joining the campaign. Sorry for just posting now but as said above I didnt actually realize it was the same group! Id be happy to try my hand at a mage if thats what is most needed. I will get something made up before I leave on Saturday, including a quirk ;).

As Finwik approaches the swamp he pauses to mark the position of the sun in the sky. Looking from the sun, to the column of smoke, then back toward Silvania he mutters Should have ridden my pony.. With the sun descending in the west, he realizes that if he turns back now he can still make Silvania by nightfall. If he presses onward he will spend a lonely night in a fetid swamp.

If he knew the exact location of his companions he might continue forward, but with no way of knowing if he is anywhere even near them he turns and begins to trudge his way back to Silvania.

Thanks Stacey! I must say that I am a little surprised by Finwik - he is developing differently than I had intended and I'm really interested to see him continue to grow.

While his charisma would help the ruler bonus, I think he would be more suited for diplomat or spymaster. I just can't wrap my head around a little gnome rogue being the ruler of a kingdom. It seems far too serious of a role for this quirky rogue.

I could certainly imagine him going to a foreign kingdom, entertaining their ruler in the evening, then sneaking through the castle during the night looking for riches or collecting information.

I could also see him organizing and overseeing a vast spy network and using the information they collect to the benefit of himself and the kingdom.

As for worshipping Erastil, that would be amazing for the stag helm bonus but Finwik isn't overly religious. He's the kind of guy who would have a necklace with a symbol on it for every deity. You know, the guy who will offer up a quick prayer to whatever deity fits the situation.
