I can not seem to find any info in the rule book or on any of the Adventure Paths that describe the rules for removing cards completely from the game to "clean" the card pool of lower value cards.

In my other Set on Adventure 3 and 5 there is a rules block on the Adventure card that says you should discard from the game entirely any cards banished with the basic and / pr (if you are on adv5) the elite trait. This rules block is not in Wrath at all on any of the Adventure Cards or Scenario Cards. I also can not find anything about it in the Rule Book, apart fomr the deck building rules and the dying rules.. but those are about constructing legal decks.

What are the official rules for Wrath of the Righteous that tell me how to permanently discard cards from the entire card pool. Or dose this set not do that at all?

Where can I find the COHORT card template.. it dose not seem to be in the card template PDF?

I'm trying to make my own custom cards for a homebrew path I am making with the kids to be used with my Wrath and Runelords sets.

I downloaded the PDF file with all the templates... but I seem to be missing some information...

1) I can not seem to work out what FONT to use. Much duck'n and google'n and no luck. Dose anyone know what Font or Fonts (if more than one) are used on the cards.

If anyone could name the Font or Fonts that would be awesome.

Also it would be great if anyone also new of an approximate font or fonts I could get from a free font archive like DaFont or something.

2) There is a image in the background, behind the card art. It looks like a parchment texture or something. Dose anyone have this texture, as the templates do not have tis texture, only a white box.

I know of the DriveThroughCards thing... but it is super slow. I would rather just setup a Photoshop file. Also there are some issues with that online builder, like long advanced card text will not scale to the available space and you can not have more than 2 testable skills on a given test.

Anyway... I'm most interested in what Font or Fonts are on the cards... so if you do not know the other answers, but know that I would still really appreciate a reply.

If anyone know an application that dose this, like say Strange Eons.... I would be most happy to give it a try.

Thanks!

Hey guys... I hope people are subscribed to this thread still...

I picked up a few products... CORE BOOK (I got 2 one for me and one for the players to share.. I assume they might bring at least one more themselves). I also got the 1st Dead Suns book and the Alien Archive. (all in mail still)

I still have some questions though... I am not sure what these FLIP MATS are and how they work. If I say buy the "canteenia" flip mat.. won't that mean every time I go into a bar it is basically the same layout and reduce the replay-ability of "bars". Also is it to sale of the Pawns?

Also for ship battles, I can not see a place to get ship "pawns"?

I guess I am just confused about these map things now. Is there any kind of application I can use to build maps from custom tiles and just print them out.. or is there a way to print out copies of the maps I need for a given adventure?

Finally, if not... what flipmats would I need to have the rooms required for the Dead Suns?

Oh and the chessex mats are kind of blank.. so how do you use them,, as a GM I need to drawn the map onto it as we play?

So this game Chessex game mat is just a hex and square grid... Iam not sure I get what the minis and standees and grid is for. Like dose the GM literally draw the map as you play in whiteboard markers?

Hi there...

I have never played a RPG, no one I know has ever played an RPG. We are all pretty experienced boardgamers and have been talking for decades about trying a RPG.. though we are more into Scifi than fantasy.. Ever after Starfinder was announced we have talked about giving it a go...

but...

Where do you start?

I went into the store and there is like nearly an entire shelf of Starfinder books, and even miniatures. I mean.. what exactly is all that stuff.

What would a new player and new GM need to get started? Not the bare minimum, we are all adults with jobs.. but what is needed to have a good experience for new players.

If you can please use product names so I can search for them on the store.

Thanks!

Do you just pick the turn order at the start of the game, or can you pick a new starting play each round?
