OoC:Sorry, Laptop still down, posting from the LFS. Smerg&Geofrey
Spoiler: STAGE 1
Running ahead of his new companion to spot for Infected, Jose completely misses a group of them gathered near an elevator. "The coast is clear..." he whispers, right as the scream wildly and charge.
STAGE 2
Staying just ahead of Geoffrey, Jose manages to open a bulkhead, and Geoffrey barely gets it closed in front of the ravening horde. STAGE 3
While Geoffrey rummages through the contents of the room, Jose tip-toes around, keeping his movements minimal, so as not to attract any more attention. At one point, he barely ducks down underneath a porthole, as an Infected lumbers by on the deck outside... STAGE 4
As Geoffrey blunders into a group of Infected, Jose thinks quickly, running to a nearby valve for the fire-prevention sprinkler system. Deftly opening it, he laughs as he grabs his friend, escaping, as the Infected slip and fall all over the floor. "This is just like dodging Federales back home...Well, if they were trying to eat us, eh?" STAGE 5
Athletics 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13 Trying to grab a holstered Pistol from a now-Infected Security guard as he lumbers by, Jose fails, but at least the thing didn't grab him as he dodged away...(Well, he hoped not...)

Spoiler: Perception 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7 Awesome...Haha
Gathering a taser, refill, pepper spray and ammo, Jose looks around for anything else that might be useful. Perception1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13 ' I fear that we may have trouble reaching the bridge at this point. If things really are going to Hell... escaping the ship might be the best option. Jose will pull up his Ship's layout app on his iphone to point out where the nearest lifeboats might be.

Spoiler: OoC: A little unsure of things...We ran out of the room, now in the hallway, correct? Jose does a quick take on things. Turning to his new companion he quickly says 'My friend, I think we should get away from here as soon as possible. Le's head towards the ship's security room/' (Or whatever one would call where the 'law' of the cruiseliner is stationed...security guards, etc...).
Geoff Spoiler: 'Hola... Er, Hello. Something is going on that is not part of the Ship's planned Activities, I think. Where did you say you were taking this person? The Theater is the other way, and already filled with bod... with ill passengers.' Jose then moves over to the nearest wall-phone, trying to get the Ship's operator to see about sending some security to his location. That crazed old woman had shaken him up quite a bit.
Spoiler: Jose will quickly approach the nearest officer, waiting until there is a break in any conversation and then offer to help.
"Sir, I have some small experience helping in such situations. When Swine Flu swept through Vera Cruz, I did some time as a volunteer orderly at a local hospital. I am off-duty now, Is there anything that I can do to help?' Looking around,Jose tries to get a closer inkling as to why the passengers are tied/bolted down (If I read that correctly), just the roll of the Ocean...? Or , something else...

Spoiler:
Perception 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23 Keeping his eyes peeled for any help,as well as for anything 'wrong' in general, Jose makes his was along the current level, trying to spot any EMTs or other people capable of helping. If he spots a maid's cart, he will try and pick up some clean towlets, etc,to help, as well as digging into his pack for a facemask (Assuming that there are some, for when grouting and/or otherwise sanding, working at the machinery). Edit:I keep accidentally posting as by base Profile, sorry.
(Comp has been on the fritz, fixed now) DM
Spoiler: Frustrated at the attitude (It did strike Jose as just a bit too like that of doctors back home, when the very poor needed help), Jose says to those sick that he has encountered 'I shall go and find somebody to help me take you to the infirmary, hold tight, folks...' before jogging off, in search of some co-workers,or even another helpful passenger.

Spoiler: Laughing at Rodriguez' dry humor, Jose nods and chuckles. It has always been so. No overtime, no proper breaks, no vacation... That's how it seems to be for people who do the real work in the World. Fighting the unease that begins to assail him whenever unscheduled changes in the Ship's routine happen...(Maybe Calderone has finally found him? Paid off someone on the SHip for his location...Perhaps..?) Shaking off such thoughts. Still...it might do to try and get a look at this 'survivor'. It wasn't above his old enemies to use such a ruse. Perfect way for an Assassin to get to him. Cleaning up as best he could, and grabbing his tool-pack, Jose then makes his way to the mess hall.
