We're all in the wrong place on the map. I have repositioned us all to the same positions around the door that we're really at.
Jolly walks up to the door, checks it to see if he can spot any traps without touching it and then retreats to the edge of the room. "If no one is good at this, we might need to draw straws. No point in all of us getting exposed."

FYI that I am running PFS for a local con this weekend. I'll try to keep up a once a day post rate, but if things get hectic please run Jolly so I don't hold things up. He'll rely on flagbearer to buff you all until we find our quarry, then he'll use his bardic performance.

After having a chance to make a circuit of the gambling hall to try to see if anyone is watching more closely than an initial look indicates, Jolly suggests we send Auric to check the door and then all try to slip through quickly since sending one at a time over several minutes might be even more obvious.
