Wow, a thousand apologies, guys. I have never intended to drop this game, as I thoroughly enjoy it (you guys are awesome!), but a recent work offer means I need to cut down on my gaming in order to take advantage of the opportunity. Unfortunately, that means I'm not going to be able to continue this campaign.

I've honestly had a blast playing with all of you, so thanks for having me while it lasted. Sorry for how short my run turned out to be.

I'm fine leaving Grumblejack on the ship, and bringing Timeon and Balam with us. Let's send Wraith with the other boat. It means we don't have to bot him and gives him plenty of time to rejoin us when he's personally ready. Plus it means we have someone with the Captain in case he decides to sail off without us or something.

Jezabel smiles at the sailor that goes with them and takes a long, deep sniff. She grins again. When he starts giving them directions she casts a spell on herself, so she can understand what he's saying. Comprehend Languages.

She refrains from helping search for seals herself, instead throwing her evil eye hex at any seal that appears, to make it easier to take down. I have a -1 survival, so I'll only be a hinderance. Instead she'll lower the seal's AC with evil eye whenever we find one.

Should we send Wraith with them? Or Balam? Or do we want an active PC to go with them? Jezabel's trying to weasel her way into the Captains good graces, but she's also horrible at sense motive, so if you're worried about betrayal she's a bad choice to send.

Jezabel grins at the captain. "Perish the thought! But, if you don't mind, I'll start with you, my dear. You are in charge, after all..." (I thought he was wounded? Is that accurate? If not she'll instead heal herself.)

Jezabel begins to sing softly. A warm yellow glow envelops her hands. Jezabel reaches out to touch the Captain's wounds and a sudden wave of calming, comforting warmth flows from her hands into the man's body. As his wounds heal she removes her hands and grins at him. "Better?"

Then she moves over to tend the wounds of Timeon.
Healing (Timeon): 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11

Finally she approaches Tatienne. "And look at you! You'll need extra tending... Come here, pretty thing, lovely little thing," Jezabel sings softly as she gestures Tatienne closer. "Rubies, rubies, glistening jewels, lick it up, lick it up..."

Jezabel thrusts her arms out to the sides, hands open. She mutters under her breath and her body tenses. A green energy seems to manifest in the air around Jezabel, and flow into her open hands. Her eyes glow bright green along with her hands. Jezabel begins to sing gibberish softly. The green energy in her hands changes colour, to a warm yellow glow. Jezabel reaches out to touch Tatienne's many wounds and a sudden wave of calming, comforting warmth flows from her hands into Tatienne.

Jezabel uses a swift action to activate her conduit surge ability, using the ley-lines of the world to empower her spell. Then she casts cure light wounds on Tatienne.

Eventually she turns and surveys the ship, then saunters up to the captain.

She grins down at the triton who shot her. "Shhhhh.... Let go."

She sings a magical incantation from her scroll. Casting sleep. I've marked the affected area on the map. The green triton and the dolphin beside him are in the area. It's a CL 3 scroll, so the Will Save to resist is only DC 12.

Jezabel lets out a surprised gasp as she falls into the ocean. The water's cold, and it knocks the breath right out of her. She gets turned around under the surface, with no way to tell up from down. She opens her eyes -- Gah! It burns! -- and frantically tries to find the sun or the boat. She flails and struggles up to the surface and grabs onto the hull of the ship, desperate not to get left behind. Clinging to the side of the ship, Jezabel tries to climb back up onto the deck.

"What are their routes?"

"How long before a sunken ship will be noticed missing?"

Jezabel grins widely. "Last question, my pets." she leans down and whispers in their ears one at a time. "Would you like a clean death from my friend over here?" She gestures at Balam. "Or would you prefer I keep you alive and eat you on the journey? I rather enjoy playing with my food..." She leans back and licks her lips.

Note that she's only asking their preference. She's agreed not to eat these people so she has every intention of letting Balam finish them cleanly.

When she's done speaking with the prisoners, Jezabel uses her circlet to activate her magical disguise again.

@ Tatienne: Did you take Jezabel up on her offer to let you keep your circlet so Grumblejack can use Jezabel's?
- If Tatienne did: I will not disguise myself, obviously. lol. Note that despite my image, Jezabel's eyes are both green, and her hair is long and brown.
- If Tatienne did not: Jezabel places her circlet on her head and slightly alters her appearance. She turns her normally green eyes a vivid blue, and changes her normally brown hair black. She also makes sure her teeth look less sharp.

Either way, when the boat approaches, Jezabel leans her elbows on the ship's rail and watches the approaching ship with a smile, being sure to wave pleasantly at any of the soldiers who make eye contact with her.
