Hi Everyone!

Just catching up with this blog thread: ThanX for all those who took the time to say a few nice words! Laithoron deserves all the credit for his hard work and AMAZIN job! I just wore the costume and stood there holding a staff! :-)

FYI: I m NOT planning on entering any costume contest at Gen Con or any of the other Cons. I don't want people to be turned off at entering any costume contests for whatever reason.

That being said I DO plan to parade in the costume at Gen Con and Dragon Con (and maybe NeonCon) this year so expect to see me all dressed up! :-)

Hey Jenny, out of curiosity I threw your name in FB to see if you were there. The only hassle appears that there are quite a few of 'you'.

I HATE 2 take credit wen its not all mine: i have 2 admit a LOT of the story comes from this REALLI CLOSE and GOOD friend of mine who is a university professor in History, and that he based it on the city of Bizantium :-)

Actually you want the opinion of long time gamers. They know what is useful or not to have on a character sheet etc. You also want new people like you to review them. Since what many of us take forgranted on how easy it is to use or understand(since we have been doing it for years) might not be so easy to understand or use to someone new to the hobby.

So really it is best to have reviews from both points of view. :)

About the Good Luck/Bringer of Victory thing: I had found this silver coin stamped to Desna on one side and Calistria on the other. Probably an error when it was minted. I’ve always kept it as a good luck charm, punching a hole in it and carrying it on a string necklace around my neck. I sometimes toss that coin to call upon the good fortunes of the Goddesses. Some people saw me do it. When my dashing rogue asked me to toss the coin to help him bet on a race and it brought him victory, he renamed me Nicephora and I loved it so much I kept the name!

Jenny: That sounds like a more well-developed character concept than what I've gotten from 90% of my players over the years. The refinements you made from your initial idea are not only cooler, but bely a willingness to respect the comfort levels of the other players while you're all still getting to know one another. You've also given the DM a lot of flexible details to build off of without trying to shoe-horn them into anything.

If one of my players presented me with your idea, I'd be stoked!

like the races concept comes from this professor friend of mine who told me about Bizantium and how the chariot races there were sooo important! the colors is actualli a total rip off from that!
he even came up with the name of my character (Nicophera - the bringer of victory)

on a FUN note I just got a mess from THE Larry Elmore

that just CANT be a coincidence does he come to this forum sometimes?

OK I think my ROGUE is finalli finished with the great help of Calix!

I culdnt resist and raised my CHA to 18 so it makes better sense with my backstory

Special hello 2 guys like Mulban who are taking risks so I can safeli go clubbin at night, watch a hockey game (Canada won the GOLD! yayyy!), tan on beaches in my tiniest bikinis or play RPG! A lot of canadian soldiers r out there too and we love them (Big Kiss 2 u guys!)

In Absolom races are held and there are 4 teams: Red, Blue, White and Green financed by the nobles and the rich. The colors were the four elements Red = fire, White = air, Blue = Sky, Green = earth. He backed Green.
I learned from him a lot about the rogue ways. Not necessarily cuz he showed me but cuz I’m a fast learner. He wasn’t a bad person but he wasn’t good either. Plus he was insanely jealous.
One day he picked a fight over someone from the Blue team that wanted me to dance for their team: he lost. I was all alone again. Was I gonna go back to be a private entertainer? Screw that! I had watched him a lot and learned useful skills from him. Skills that would help me survive Absolom on my own!
When I heard of the Pathfinder Society, I decided I would try to be an Initiate. Watch out city: I am gonna make something of myself! Sail around the world, explore exotic places, make a great fortune, then one day come back to Absolom and retire, owning the biggest Feast Hall the city has ever seen!

Questions (for background):
is there an hippodrome or similar games in Absolom?
is nobility important there?

WOW! Just got home (its 5am here: crazy friday night!) and I see I raised a storm of posts! giggle
I m dead tired but i ll try 2 answer a few things:

1 - the NUDITY part: First I really wanna apologize to Lisa and all the people that work at Paizo for posting nudity here, even if it was artwork. I know it can get a company in trouble (minors and all that). I ll be eXXtra careful about it in the future!

About nudity, erotism (is that a word?) and all that, I just wanna say its a HUGE part of my life and I of course put in my playing too! If that bothers, insults people in wat they think, or anything like that, tell me I wont push it on you (indirect mess here 2 the people i might be playing with in mi PbP try out of the Pathfinder system!)

I dont know if anyone here saw the HBO series ROME. 4 me its a BIG inspiration for playing in RPG. ROME is full of sex, and not just teen movie PG rated movie sex. hardcore stuff all the way! me i LOVE that cuz life is like that: there is LOTS of sex! its a huge part of people and who they are and wat they think! in mi humble opinion it shuld be like that in RPG too! becuz people make decisions based on SeXX all the time, 2 keep it away from RPG wuld just make a world "fake" in mi mind! and wen i see hardcore seXX in ROME i m not thinkin: hey dats cheesy or out of place stuff!

2 - the REAL NOT REAL THING: i post anywhere on the net now and i get that! giggle FAIR enough cuz there ARE lots of fakers, i know that very well (check jenny poussin in FB yul find more the one! someone even did a FAKE paying website of me! something that ends with .org!)
normali i m realli NOT bothered by all of it but this time i wanna make sure i prove mi ID, specialli 4 anyone who might be playing with me or givin me RPG advice online (i dont want those people 2 feel they r treated as suckers in any way!)

fortunateli it seems like this is a small world: alreadi some people here know some of my major work partners (like the people at BodyZone: i have a clothing line with them called Naughty SeXXy by Jenny Poussin) I ve offered privately 2 send some personalized signed material.

wen people email me (on mi website or anywhere) i always offer 2 send me anything (like pics or mags) and I ll mail it back signed or with a personal note. wuld love 2 do that here 2 anyone who as doubts (or wh just wants it). mess me through FB or anywhere 2 get in touch and i will be happy 2 tell you where u can send me stuff like a pic that will sign and write any personal message for you! :-)

Oh and that reminds me: there are a million places i m officialli there on the net like FB, MySpace, ModelMayhem, OMP, etc... for those that doubt mess me to ANY place i am on the web and see if you get an answer that says: wait a second, that person at Paizo is a faker

last thing: i wanna offer all those i ll be playin with (Calix's PbP game) a lil signed 4x6 sayin hello and ThanX 4 showin me the rope!

3 - the CONSPIRACY theory about using RPG as advertisin!: now that s the funnist one i read here! that s like oliver stone stuff! 2 things i can say about that. ONE is if you really wanna check my interest in RPG and fantasy in general, please go ahead and talk 2 guys like Bruce Colero, Tony Mauro, Joel Adams, Armando Huerta, Monte Moore, i m sure i m missing a few in that list to! (sorri) those are pros who have a reputation about this. they know me and will tell u. TWO: for mi work u guys (gamers) are NOT mi target clients at all! wen i wanna advertize 4 work i post in forums like freeones, ABC celebs, forums like that. i get zillions of hits from a lil post in places like that! for more general personal promo stuff i post on MySpace, FB, Twitter, etc ... anyone here who knows even a lil about internet marketing will know wat i m talkin about: using forums like here wuld make absoluteli no sense!

she fights sneaky and dirty, tries to avoid combat all together if possible! Hey I m a LOVER not a brawler!

skills i m not sure
she s good at talking her way out of trouble or using her charm to get her way!
she also knows how to hide well and uses it to fight sneaky

ISMENE was a naughty and flirty super tiny lil thing that wielded magic and culd change shape and grow to the form of an elf or a human!
she also had spells like charm (not that she needed it much! giggle) and sleep

There is a growing number of people planning on cosplaying at Paizocon this year. If you aren't able to make that, I would then suggest considering cosplay for GenCon.
