Is there an upper arm body slot in the SRD?
What could it be worn with?
Could you still wear bracers? Full plate?

We took this real seriously, people. And fairness was our utmost concern.

It was not my intention to question your personal honesty/integrity, I think the judges have all been very open and honest throughout this process. I do apologize if I offended you personally.
Erik Mona wrote: Mostly the confusion on our part was because we asked for "SRD" format, and got lots of others. Obviously, we weren't clear enough about this in the rules, which is something we will learn from next time we do the contest.
In the end, "cool item" trumped "correct format."
In the end "cool item" trumped "follow the rules of the contest".....if the judges really like it they will change the rules for you.
SRD FORMAT ONLY was pretty clear... “To enter, submit an original wondrous item using the format outlined in the 3.5 SRD”
Erik Mona wrote: The Seer's Tea was an interesting way to pull off something we saw more than 30 times in the contest--an augury item. It was one of the best of those, so I think that helped. Also, the idea of using tea was a good one that we wanted to reward as well.

I can't believe I entered an augury item! 30+ ???
I choose the augury item because I figured there wouldn't be that many.
Beat out by tea!
I bet its flavorful, aromatic, ....I'm gonna go make some tea...

As wrong as it may be, I have already discounted a few contestants, and will not even read their country entries.
this is only avalable if they give us names when we vote for the countries - they might tell us the names after the poll is done
Excerpt from the rules Q&A :
I'm in the Top 32. I want some sweet bragging rights! What do you have for me?
We will add a "(RPG Superstar Top 32)" tag to the finalists' avatar names, which will be visible to the judges and the voting public with future submissions and board postings. It's our version of "Pimp My Avatar."
-By the way, I hereby retract my previous statement and will be reading all of the country submissions, although I retain the right to remain biased.-

Shrouds of Disintegration
These burial wrappings look to be made of fine, embroidered materials. When a body is placed inside, a command word will turn it to dust. The magic of the shrouds is usable only once, after which the wrappings become ordinary, fine cloth.
Strong transmutation; CL 15th; Craft Wondrous Item, disintegrate; Price 6,600 gp; Weight 10 lb.
"...if only we had a Shroud of Disintegration...."
I can't tell you how many times I've heard that over the years!

Feather Token
Anchor -50 gp
A token useful to moor a craft in water so as to render it immobile for up to one day.

Wow! A one use anchor that costs as much as my boat!
The title Superstar implies popularity. It is after all the people that create the Superstar, not the other way around. (that would be a God)
Let us have a little faith in our judges, in that they will give us 32 great contestants, and trust that the true Superstar will emerge by the will of the people.
I for one am ecstatic to be able to participate in this contest, and gratefull that Paizo decided to run a contest where we the players get to decide the final outcome.
BTW: I do have an entry pending, and if I make top 32, feel free to cast your votes my way.

Lathiira wrote: Here's an upgrade to Daern's Instant Chair by Jayrellim.
Barbarian's Chair
This surprisingly comfortable metal folding chair is found among barbarian tribes. Commonly used as a chair, it possesses one unusual quality. Should anyone seated in the chair witness a fight between two or more humanoids, he must make a Will save (DC 18) or rise from their seat, fold the chair, and use the chair as a weapon in the melee. The chair is considered a greatclub in all ways, except that it does nonlethal damage and permits the wielder to engage in sneak attacks as a 3rd-level rogue. These levels stack with the wielder's rogue levels, if any. The wielder of the Barbarian's Chair is considered to be in a rage while using this unique weapon, but the rage does not count against his daily uses and gains the benefits of any feats or class abilities that the character possesses.
Craft Wondrous Item, Craft Magic Arms and Armor, Heighten Spell, rage, confusion
Love the upgraded version, I'm gonna sell my Instant Chair and buy a Barbarian's Chair to replace it.
Daern's Instant Chair - (also called a chair of folding)
Now you will never be caught without a place to sit!
Never lose at musical chairs again!
