What the heck happened to my long and well thought out post... :( I saw this in another game where someone else posted during the server shakiness yesterday and it looked like this. I swear it looked fine to me when I posted it. Heck, its hard to recall all I said. Agreed to go with one other to the House of Blue Birds hostel. Recommended someone go with Nezu'mi to check out the potion. And someone solo could check out the bail bond ticket. That should have the least chance of danger. Also made recommendations on Speak with dead. Who killed you. Where? Why? What did you steal? Where were you headed when you were killed? Who do you work for? Etc. Also asked if maybe we have resources to cast the spell and ask more than one question.

Jace adds to the discussion. Here is what I have:
1) We should be able to ID the woman with the bail ticket and at least verify if she used the name Nilasa Hume and possibly others. Likely some good intel on her background there as well. 2) Plenty of witnesses saw her jump/fly and land on the fence. Its troubling that even the witnesses say the shots were first and then the jump because our investigation seems to say the opposite. Was she already dead when she ended up on the fence. 3) Someone got to the body first and stole stuff off her body and ran off, presumably down the ally. One witness mentioned a man sprinting down the street fleeing the scene with an armful of something. Note an "Armfull". That is a lot of something and not easily hidden. 4) Another witness saw the immediate aftermath of the incident. When the Danorans took the woman’s body off the fence, her face was covered in blood. People matching the description of LeBrix, Consular duNadria, and a third unknown man got into a brief shouting match as the body was being carried inside. Who was the third man? Braden? What were they fighting about? 5) Alfred Bellastair, the officer in charge of the scene promised a detailed report will be sent to us tomorrow. Likely no new details but we better make a note to go over it. 6) We have no proof this was a burglary other that Labrix's word, and we already know he is a liar. 7) It seems legit that she was dating this Braden fellow. We need to get him away from Labrix and talk with him further. 8) I am not sure at all that Labrix acted within the law as he had invited or at least allowed Nilasa into the consulate. You can't invite someone in and then kill them for trespassing. 9) When I checked out the ally I found signs of a brief scuffle, and a fallen piece of paper in the mud, which looks like a copy of a deed of ownership for a canal barge, marked with the seal of the Danoran consulate. I noted the tell-tale odor of ozone and faint tingle of recently discharged electrical magic. On further examination, I found a small splash of oddly congealed blood in a puddle of mud. 10) I met up with a cabby in the ally who claimed he picked up a fare at the far end of the alley. I took his statement which reads "He did a runner on me, so I came back here to see if I could catch wind of any info that might help me track down my coin. Now you're telling me that there been murder done? Don't tell me I helped the killer escape! He was an average looking fella, dark hair, tan, human. Had a trim beard. Wore a suit. He did have bloody hands and was carrying a bundle of what I guess might have been surgical tools, since the fella said he was a doctor in the middle of a procedure, and that he needed to go get special surgical equipment. He had a funny accent, definitely not a local. He asked to be driven to a hostel, the House of Blue Birds. It's two miles away on the western edge of the North Shore district. I drove the man to the hostel double quick and then waited for half an hour before I figured I'd been ditched." I have the man's contact information here. We better at least verify that it is accurate. 11) As someone already noted, we better track down this Heward Sechim fellow. How much was that bail for?
