They were well trained according to reputation but lacked a certain stern stoicism that Ivari had found necessary in preparation for and existing in the life of a Hellknight. Was it enough that they fought well together as two groups or would there be conflict around more "peripheral" issues? 		   Might be worth doing a little just to see if we can glean more about the people we are with? Ivari nods at the commentary about Isger, his tone conversational, The reputation of the area, of course, has it sound as though banditry is excessive and frequent. For our part, however, we saw little of that. Our trip here was quiet but that means little. We are a new face in the region and a tad cowing when moving in force.I have no doubt that the more the Hellknights are in the region the more likely people will be used to our presence and think it worth their while to test our limits.

		   Weird I think I lost a post or two somewhere because I've read through things and been in the thread but out of it the last couple of days. June has been a crazy month. Sorry for my absence. Despite being new to the armor Ivari feels somewhat unnerved being out of it in the heart of another land. Despite this the paladin does his work to clean up and present himself with proper bearing relying on his youthful upbringing in a noble house to respond with proper etiquette as he moves through the event. Diplomacy: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 22 Bascially staying quiet and looking/acting pretty while the wizard lights up the barbecue for a good grilling...

Once in quarters the paladin is content to down dress but leaves the breastplate on, still concerned about sudden trouble. Looking out over the city the hellknight frowns, So much to see but what lies beneath this tawdry varnish? Hopefully an arrangement worthy of our orders. 		   What if this is all pagentry? An attempt to disrupt our mission? I fear we give in chaos by being deterred. 		   Moving is super bad, until 6 months later when everything is finally unpacked and you are like "aaahh home"...and that only works half the time... Ivari will aid in the healing department using his lay on hands for the most overtly critical patients. That doesn't last long however so after that he makes sure he is properly armored and stays as close to Cassius as he can still worried that the wizard's magic made him a primary target.

They are treated like "people" in the concealment sense so would offer the same benefits (which may or may not stop a well built archer sadly) as shooting through squares with concealment...and bad news if this is a ninja then he may be well out of 30' feet depending on his tricks... 		   I have some questions...if our attacker was invis and stealthed and shot Cassius that exposed him? If he then proceeded to pump three arrows into him he is most certainly not stealthed unless he made a move action after his full attack to stealth, which couldn't do unless possibly hasted? I'm not trying to ruin the narrative excitement of an ambush but I am, sadly, from time to time one of the stealth/perception/sneak attack busy bodies of the forum. While I am not generally so picky at this level going up against an archer with ranged SA attacks are devastating so I am trying to make sure there is an action economy balance at play or know right out that there are factors that bend standard rules scenarios in this case? I suppose he could have a magic device that rendered him invisible again as a swift action? I'm just checking in about needing to roll to see him...

		   Some things. One, I assume that the sniping check would be made after the first attack (as then there is initiative and another set of actions). Two, sniping specifically states that you can only make one ranged attack. Not one action but one actual attack. So shouldn't there be 2 attacks and 2 stealth roles. Sniping is good but not THAT good. Just clarifying for the good of the order...

		   I think it is bound to happen in this game given its tone and its structure. With a hierarchy we are more bound to wait for whoever is in command add those of you with your fancy magic and "knowing things" and sometimes there is a lag.
