"It were like a dozen this morning. Yesterday it were only two. But we don't know how many have shown up at the other temples and it's worrysome that the numbers are rising."

"And the fact that no one knows what it is and where it comes from."

Scribe Scroll:
Scribe Scroll (Item Creation)

You can create magic scrolls.

Prerequisite: Caster level 1st.

Benefit: You can create a scroll of any spell that you know. Scribing a scroll takes 2 hours if its base price is 250 gp or less, otherwise scribing a scroll takes 1 day for each 1,000 gp in its base price. To scribe a scroll, you must use up raw materials costing half of this base price.

See magic item creation rules for more information.

Casting a spell as a service costs Spell Level x Caster Level x 10gp
-> Remove desease is Level 3 x CL 5 x 10gp = 150 gp
Scribing a scroll uses up the prepared spell and costs SL x CL x 25 = 375gp
(actually only half of that for crafting, but you'd have to sell it to them at full price)

"I have the spell prepared. With the payment available I can try to heal her immediately." Ishtani offers.
Seems like low ranking doesn't mean low level.

Ishtani's hope to learn something new about diagnosing diseases is utterly disappointed. Ernhild learns nothing new beyond the obvious everyone else already knew.

"Hello Ernhild." Ishani greets his sister in faith looking at her shortly, before focusing on the herbal tea again.

As Ernhild suggests looking at the girl, he shares what he evaluated so far. "I don't know what kind of disease the girl has. It's none of the common illnesses we see at the temple. But a remove disease should cure her all the same." Ishtani struggles for words. "But I can't do it in good faith - they can't pay for it. That's why I try to help with herbs."

Abadar teaches that discipline, keen judgment, and following the law eventually lead to wealth, comfort, and happiness. He does not believe in free handouts, and because of this his temples sell potions and healing spells or scrolls rather than giving them to those in need. Any who protest are directed to the temple of Sarenrae.
