That is correct. Sira, I will say, though, that playing unchained vs normal, while they are still the same flavor, can be played quite differently. Personally, except for the rogue(which I don't like playing even the normal version), I like the unchained version better...

Is the Confirmation replayable then? I have talked to a GM about getting Sira into another game supposedly starting early next week. If we buckle down then I am up for exploring. But otherwise, Sira has gotta go!

The Confirmation is one of several "Evergreen" scenarios.

The general rule for PFS is you are limited to playing a scenario twice - period. Once with a regular character, the second with a CORE character. There are some special circumstances that allow this rule to be broken, most notably using GM stars to replay, and there is a boon out there that allows replays.

"Evergreens", on the other hand, can be played by every one of your characters at level one once. And, only one character at level two. What happens is that (generally) there are some random elements that change each time they are played. From monster encounters to puzzles. For example, in this scenario the murals change. When I GM The Wounded Wisp the encounters and a puzzle changes.

"We learned I can't swim, Sira is great for jokes. Oh, yah, there were some well worn carvings in the tunnels that, if we did what they suggested to a miniature city, well, buffs were granted."

Swim: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17

Of course, Ironleaf can flee the water quite well, but not much more. To top it off, he gets out on the wrong side of the river...

Swim: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14

Ironleaf tries to cross the stream, but is unable to do so, the current being to strong. However, is his fast thinking he casts ENTANGLE on the Minotaur.

Ironleaf finally makes it to the bank of the river, running as fast as he can.

"Keep leading him away, we can support and flank for you!" Ironleaf yells to Janira.

Ironleaf and Stripes run at their full speed to the river, ready to aid Janira as much as they both can.

"Janira, lead it over to us, we can help you take it down!"

"Agreed there Father, but we can't always get what we want, correct?"

"Let us take the lead, you guys follow, please."
Leading the way, weapon drawn, Ironleaf and Stripes make their way around the bend, confident that the remainder of the group will be following.

Ironleaf follows, but before he does, as noone else wanted them, he quickly puts on the amulet and cloak. "Come on Stripes, lets keep them out of trouble."

"Some good items here. Don't know about the ring, but the cloak and amulet help with resistances and armor, respectivly. I'm sure we can all use them, so why not flip for them?"

"Great fight guys. Next time, though, lets not fight in a bottleneck path, I couldn't get anywhere the first round to be any sort of effective. Speaking of which, does anyone need healing?"

Ironleaf moves to get into a good position, but with everyone else blocking the mouth of the passage, he is unable to move further, or aid in combat.

"Wait a minute.... You want to explore the cave that smells of death? Interesting choice."

"Kyunjiro, be careful! Don't do anything stupid. Shout if you need help."

"Stripes, lets go."

Ironleaf and Stripes get themselves ready to move and cover Kyunjiro should he need assistance or aid.

"Better, I like it."

"Seriously Sira? Thats the best you could come up with? How about the fact that my companion being a cat, cats don't like to get wet. Or that Stripes would rather eat the fish than have me deposit it. Or, best yet, I didn't want to take a bath!"

"As a wish? Come on now, none of us are THAT good yet. You just don't want to show yourself floundering in the water like I did. So, allow me to overcome my fears....."

Ironleaf goes up and takes the note from Sira. Taking his time (and mentally preparing himself), he slowly wades into the water. This time he doesn't let fear cloud his mind and he makes it over to the city without issue. He slowly places the lesson on the city.

Swim: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21

"Thank you Father. I am more at home in the forests and not underground, and certainly not in water."

Swim: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4

Ironleaf starts to wade out into the water, fish in hand. Unfortunately, his lack of swimming ability shows and he starts to flail around quite badly.

"I caught the fish, but I am a fish out of water while in water. Can someone take it out to the city carving and place it in there for me, please?"

Did I miss it (it has been a long holiday weekend after all, but did we complete the 2nd carving?

Ironleaf backs away from the water and digs into his pack. He pulls out some paper along with a quill and ink. He takes the time to describe what has happened so far, the two carvings, getting the fish, putting it on the city, the talk with Uori, all of it up to this point.

"I think it goes without saying, we shouldn't take to long, Janira wouldn't want us to. But, Uori, as we will be continuing to explore the cave system, is there something here we can do to aid in restoring Aroden's power?"

Diplomacy: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 1 = 17

"Whose wisdom? See, we have all come here to learn why you all keep coming here. Our team leader had to chase off a minotaur and we are completing the task without her."

"Oh, and it goes without saying that I am sorry for taking the fish from the pool."

"Sacred Waters? What makes these waters so Sacred?"

"Hey, man, you don't to be seen as nuts, put some clothes on!"

Unarmed Strike: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 2 = 16

"See, thats how you do it. Take your time, go slow, and they will come right to you."

"Seriously? You just bit your tongue falling on a rock! You are a rogue, a master of stealth and stability. How does that even happen?"

Walking up to the final carving, Ironleaf gives it a good lookover.

"Thanks, buddy," Ironleaf says as he is reunited with his tiger. He scratches him behind the ears and gives him a good pat on the back.

"Allright buddy, go ahead and jump across....."

"Here, use this so as not to dull your blade." Ironleaf tosses down his staff.

Legends Fett escaping was better.....

"Do I need to attempt some motivational speeches or songs or something for you there Sira?"

"Anyone want to jump across? Or have a bow to tie a rope around to shoot across?"

"It may not bother you, but I can't see in the dark..."

Cast light on my quarterstaff.

"There's always a bigger fish."

"Following her orders is the best option, and honestly the only one," Ironleaf states as he makes his way into the cave, covering the groups rear. "We don't want to be kicked out for disobeying our superiors, no?"

"Dang that's a big one, too...... Stripes, into the cave, lets follow her orders. She must have a plan of some kind, increasing her movement speed like that. Like she is trying to outrun it!"

"Everyone else follow Stripes into the cave, I'll cover our rear."

"How to get around here, no. How to lead you back to safety and abort this misadventure, sure." Ironleaf pauses, almost to serious......

...then bursts out laughing.

Gorehard was tempted to take his slash, though as the creature was fleeing, he opted instead to sheath his sword instead. Watching it fl away, he made sure it was gone before letting go of the handle. Going over to pick up his crossbow, he reloaded it.

"Fascinating beasts-tricky to hit though, especially at that height." Then he turned to the group, then Janira. [b]"Anything you're familiar with? I assume they're local fauna, not related to the gillmen, yes?"

15 to hit missed, eh? Is that normal for a level one mission? Not used to PFS yet, sorry if that's a strange question.

It can be, 14-18 on average, depending on what you are attacking. That is why touch weapons are so nice to have!

"Well fought, valiant beast! Next time we will dual to the death!"

"Great job, buddy, lets get the next one!"

Ironleaf makes his way to the BLUE beast and wacks at him with his staff.

....but misses badly

Ironleaf double moves, trying to get into position to assist his companion and flank.

Ironleaf stares at the creature, so high up the ground. He and Stripes both move to intercept, but wait to deal damage until the monster lowers himself to attacking height.

DELAY BOTH IRONLEAF AND STRIPES ATTACKS.

"Stripes and I will take the one to the side, you guys take the one in front...."

"Come on, buddy, lets get it!"

Ironleaf and Stripes, after a restful night outdoors, where they are the most comfortable, stretch and pack up what little supplies they had used that night. Stripes even taking a bit of time to hunt for a morsel or two to snack on.
