Historically, the player's guides have been released the same day as the first volume of the adventure path.

Finally had the chance to give it a thorough read, and as others have said, this adventure is Lovecraft-astic! Love the Mythos creatures. Love love love the convoluted plot. This, it seems, is why my players are trying so hard to get themselves killed in Harrowstone. :-)
