So you can't even use the Ultimate Equipment when you are in core?
That where the adaptive feature for bows is in.
Would be way easier to add just adaptive to your bow than buy a whole new one.

Yeah it is nice too look towards other people and think "at least I am not that nerdy", my only problem is that I am part of too many groups: I played WOW excessively, I play MTG, I watched the old Pokemon anime, I watched entirely to much MLP, I watch way to much anime in general, read comic books, novels, play MOBAS... and watch Dr. Who...
Really the only group of Nerds where I don't have anything to talk about are sport nerds, and even then talking about certain martial arts works. Everyone else: "At least I'm not as nerdy as Sebastian Hirsch"

As someone who, in 1 case intentionally, damaged other players recently:
In the first case I had no choice. Friendly character (a witch) was surrounded by FOUR swarms with one swarm allready attacking her. It was a watery area, so I had to use a Rod of element Ice, to make my fireball of any worth. Yes, I did throw my giant snowball killing the Swarms. Sure the witch got damaged, but I used my Resources of healing to patch her up afterwards.
Second case was a simple missunderstanding where I did cast a Thunderbolt, and mixed up the rulings. So I did damage a friend unintentionally.
(Well, technically I then did it a third time, cause my character was dominated).
I invested in a selective rod then, to further avoid such situations. But in cases where I have to use a different Rod (like the Elemental rod in the previous example) I might have again no choice. If I have to do such a thing, I normally ask first, and then use MY healing issues to patch up the damage.

Lol. Toph was actually my favorite character from the Show. Hmm. I seriously doubt I will play anything in that direction, even if the Book comes out. There are still some ideas I have.

To be honest: Main problem is imo the general availability in the net.
To say it clearly: If you can get it via amazon or similar sites, mostly for a way cheaper price than in the store, why should anyone buy said item in the store? That is one reason why here in Germany for example many such stores are closing. Even Magic the Gathering dedicated stores have to close, since there exist sites where you can buy the singles you want, and don't have to rely on luck to get what you want. Of course there are tournaments, but these things only give little money to the store. (Faced that directly. A good friend of mine had a store, but had to close it, since the incom wasn't that good anymore.
Which brings us to the next problem: If the stores are closing, where can you still get your stuff? Right, from the net. It's a damn circle.
To be honest, I expect not many stores open in a few years. At least here in Europe. Don't know how the mentality is in the US, but here Game stores (aside from GW, but thats a different story) have a hard time.
The wand of CLW (or Infernal Healing) is normally my first prestige Item.
Then some armor and Weapon upgrades before I have the fame to buy the Cloak of resistance.
CLW, Infernal Healing, Endure Elements, Mage Armor. These are pretty much standard items.(well, paladins normally avoid the Inf Heal for obvious reasons).
But the items are of course shared with the party, since they make it easier to do the mission. Not sharing these items is nuts imo.
The role of healers is an interesting one. One the one hand, they can save parties, BUT the fame goes to the Damage dealers.OOC healing is the norm I encountered so far. Most often with a CLW wand. Sometimes a chracter actually incvested in a CMW Wand. Only exception I encountered so far is the Life Oracle.
Then there comes some arrogance of damage dealers. I think I saw a thread here which quoted a Barbarian and a cleric (In fullplate and obviously not purely Heal oriented). The Barb player only said to cleric:"You can heal, so always stay behind me" or something similar to those lines.
That seems to be a common mindset. Plus many think such dedicated healers make the game boring, since many intended dangerous situations are not so dangerous anymore if you have a healer onboard who knows what he is doing.
Said Lifeoracle not only heals quite effectivly, but also gives as Reroll possibilities and other buffs.

All you need!
Hmm... I prefer the original series music ;) But it is good nonetheless.
After some discussion with a friend of mine, we came to the conclusion that it makes more sense to use multiple Boro Beads, to replenish the extracts used for the Combination.
I wanted to know, if anyone of you uses music tunes to augment athmosphere during play.
I used them in another RPG when I was the GM. Tunes like this for example:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uu4KCLd5kdg
Or the Tune Omen from the Xenogears Soundtrack.
The Xenogears Soundtrack was also the best for this purpose since it actually had it all you need. Forest sounds of animals, Tunes for temple visits, desert worthy tunes. It really was a treasure box. (And to think that if came from a Playstation RPG).
My players found it very good when I used them. So out of curiosity has someone else made experiences like that with athmosspheric music?
Sounds fair. Otherwise it would be very powerful. So for two LV1 extracts it will be a LV3 Flask, if there is a LV2 extract involved you will need the LV4 flask and so on.
Still a powerful combination of items, but balanced by the sheer Gold cost it will take.

Let's say I want to combine two extracts via Admixture vial.
For example Enlarge person and Long Arm. Both are Level 1 extracts.
What Level would have the combined extract?
Second question: Can I then put the combined extract into a preserving Flask to keep it for a long time?
I didn't think of combat actually. But aplying such a "message" on an Arrow or something and deliver it via an Arrow might be an idea. That's what I meant with one trick pony.
Think of Lethal weapon 2 where Murtough sat on the toilette and the BOOM Message on the Paper ;).
Hmm. Maybe you can make something similar like these explosive tag things from Naruto. Puting such prepared notes on Projectiles. But that propably would be a one trick pony only.

Well, I thought about this one too, but I don't think it would be effective, since you have to put it on a text or something similar.
Or can you actually simply put it to your armor? If so, ok, but I doubt that is how the spell was actually intended.

Target? I though the only criteria which made a potion impossible was the range. Personal potion can't be made. But Sphere of invisibilty has the same Range as invisibilty (Personal OR Touch) so according to the rules it shall be possible.
But it wouldn't be the first time my German Core rulebook would show a "translation mistake".
Hmm ok. I though at least this ring which protects from negative Energy might become legal. Maybe it actually can, but on a chronicle sheet.
Anyways thanks for that clarification.
I wondered if there will be any items legal from Champions of corruption?
I know most from the stuff there propably won't be allowed from PFS, but there were some items which might be ok.
Potion of good hope actually won't cost more than 1000 gold. It is still a 750 gold potion. It actually is as such shown in Ultimate equipment.
Other question though: How about Sphere of Invisibility?
Is that legal as a potion?
Well, I bought a Darkwood Master work Composite Longbow with a +3 Modifier with 2 prestige, so this Shortbow wouldn't be a problem. The Keywording is that you can buy an item UPTO 750 Gold with 2 prestige. So it don't need to be exactly worth 750 Gold pieces. But I agree that buying a +1 boiw via prestige would be a waste. Better ivest in a Wand of magic weapon or other LV1 wand, you (and maybe your group) will need more.
A wand of endure elements for example.
