Can I take twenty on the diplomacy check? Hessiah searches for more information on the bandits. In particular, he wants to know who their victims were and if these victims were running goods in competition to one or all of the big merchants. He wants to rule out the idea that these bandits are enforcers of the aforesaid merchants.
