Is anyone in the Hillsboro/Beaverton area up for a once a month game of Rise of the Runelords? Sadly, that's all my friend in Vancouver can manage: one Saturday a month.

I enjoy lots of role playing, but fighting is also fun. Both shall be included. Yay! I'm a fairly new GM, but I will do my best to not suck.

I also want to run Emerald Spire, the super dungeon, along with a few other modules, so if you want to join a group that meets sporadically when we all have time, let me know! Sadly, my work schedule doesn't really allow for regular games. Thanks, retail.

It looks like I have the minimum of 4 players, but still open for a couple of more. Anyone else interested?

The location is rather inconvenient, but if you still have space I would be interested in joining you lot!

If you cannot find a group of people in the area to play with, you could always try putting together an online group.

While I enjoy gaming online, I don't want to run an online game myself. I have definitely considered it, though.

I'm not in the area and have no way to be helpful, but personally I hope that you use the 3pp Kaidan setting with a party of all kensais as you play in Kansai. Just so that there's a Kansai kensai Kaidan game.

Hm. This may have to be arranged at some point.

I am looking to get a group made for a regular Pathfinder/Gaming group in the Kansai region of Japan. I am located in Nara-ken, an hour away from both Kyoto and Osaka cities. Once a week, once every two weeks, or once a month... I would just like to have a regular game again. I haven't gamed in over a year.

I have made similar posts in a few Facebook groups, and will probably also make one on Reddit. I'm hoping that between these posts I will gather enough interested people to make a decent sized group. I have only GM'd a few games, but I am willing to take that responsibility if it means I get to game again. Since I am new, I would run from modules/APs until I get the hang of things.

Let me know if you are interested and in the area!

I would really like to try a PBP. I haven't done one before, and finding a skype game when I'm located in Japan is a pain thanks to time zones. Once I weave together a Core-happy character, I'll post her!

edit: Planning on a barbarian; my last few characters were far too pacifistic.

Strength - Focus - 18
Dexterity: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12
Constitution: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11
Intelligence: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11
Wisdom: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15
Charisma - Foible - 8

edit again: I see my luck with rolling stats is still terrible online. Wonderful. Is it a reroll with +3 and lower, or lower than +3? I'll reroll just in case, but otherwise I can deal with that.

TAKE TWO
Strength - Focus - 18
Dexterity: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11
Constitution: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10
Intelligence: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16
Wisdom: 1d10 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14
Charisma - Foible - 8

last edit I promise probably: Ah, yes. The traditional high intelligence and wisdom, low dexterity and constitution barbarian. I can work with this.

There is 14 new patrons. Moon, Insanity, Stars, Spirits a few examples. There is 12 new familiars, one of the blogs I think listed all the new familiars.

Ah, thank you very much for the patron examples. Fourteen, fantastic! Also, I found the list of familiars -- thanks for mentioning it.

You just made my life exponentially better.
